“Great Experience with Levite Construction, from beginning to end. The first meeting setup was quick, there was no pressure and I felt that I’m dealing with a professional with a wide experience right away. After the first meeting with Yair the company G.C, the office has scheduled a second meeting with the company interior designer that helped us to creat on a 3D the beautiful kitchen that we were dreaming about. The construction phase was smooth as possible for a project on this scale and I was always comfortable in the process knowing that Yair will be able to handle any obstacle that may arise. The kitchen we have today is a masterpiece and you see the love and attention in every detail in the room. Highly recommend this professional team at Levite Construction for any remodeling project you have!”

“A year ago they came out and gave up a really great quote on our idea for remodeling our home. They are very professional and even went as far as taking us to a few of their project homes to show us the quality of work and some past successes. We weren't able to move forward with the process but as soon as we can we will definitely be using Sockeye Home to assists us.”

“David and his team came to me at the recommendation of the owner of Daly's, a local family-owned paint store. Our job was tricky because of outside moisture and required exacting attention to complete. David provided the most comprehensive bid and services of anyone I considered. He visited the site several times, including just to answer our questions about the project, and was always here to supervise the work. Every call or email was answered within 24 hours. His crew was highly professional. Although we paid at the high end for our project, I feel I was fully informed, and it was well worth the cost and will be of long term value.”

“Armada Design & Build handled the remodel of our office space. They were punctual, professional and extremely proficient. They have a quality work ethic and execute contracts and deadlines in a timely fashion. We had a small window from the time we relocated until our doors opened. They, not only, completed the job with an exceptional level of charisma, tenacity and zeal but with excellent customer service. “Dmitriy and his team did an outstanding job installing a walk/in marble shower for the first part of our bathroom remodeling then put in new cabinets, toilet, lights and flooring for the final part. Dmitriy was most helpful, worked hard to get us the flooring tile we wanted and was open to calls and e-mails.”

“Community Builders did several home repair projects for us when we bought a home in West Seattle. David Minor was fair, knowledgable, and prompt with communication. The fence and railing projects were required by insurance and David found economical and lasting ways to fulfill our needs in those areas. We bought the house with a major problem with the basement bathroom and Community Builders did a wonderful job replacing a window, building a new wall, and putting in a new toilet and sink. The plumbing under the sink leaked. David was great about getting the repairs completed and communicating with us during the project.”

Vered and Raz addressed all our concerns - working with us to define the scope of the work, developing detailed design plans, helping us narrow down the specific design elements while keeping our overall vision in mind. They went above and beyond to complete this renovation on budget and on time. We now have a home that is much more beautiful than we thought we could accomplish.”
