“When we decided that our kitchen needed a renovation, we were overwhelmed by the prospect. Ali was recommended by a friend to help design a kitchen for us and guide us through the process. Ali provided concierge-like service and helped make the process a pleasant one. For instance, when we went to pick back-splash, Ali picked the perfect option for us on the first try (because she had taken the time to get to know us). Ali takes pride in her work and it really shows in every detail, from the design to the project management and ultimately the customer satisfaction. I look forward to working with Ali again on our next project.”

“From beginning to end, James and his work crew were very helpful, efficient and professional, down to the details, such as bull nose trim around the tub tile. From my original rough plans, James helped design the new master bath and the expanded adjacent bedroom. He also installed wood flooring in three bedrooms which gave not only the new bathroom but also the entire house a finished, classy look. The cost of the project was very reasonable considering the quality of the finished product. The timing was a bit awkward since work had to be done in sequence (plumbing before dry wall, tile work before fixtures, etc.), but James coordinated so that transitions were smooth and very little time was lost between segments of the work. In all, we are extremely pleased with the project. We would certainly recommend James and his HRR crew to anyone considering such a remodeling/addition project. Julius R. & Beverly Tipton”

“When I found water coming through the ceiling at my rental property, my first call was to MasterCare. Jose and his team came over immediately, quickly began mitigating the damages and was able to completely remove and replace a ceiling in no time. They even carefully removed my in-ceiling speakers and were able to keep them from getting damaged. They were professional, responsive and very reasonably priced for the work they performed at my property. “One acrylic bath tub liner was installed, with a new tub surround. Another tub was completely replaced with acrylic tub and surround. I am very pleased with both tubs. The workmen were curteous, knowledgeable, and proficient. The workmanship was impecable; clean, and pretty. Everything was completed on time as promised (one day for each tub).”
