“For the longest time my husband & I were looking for the right company that would remodel our outdated 20 year old house. We found that company & they are great! We went with Royal Remodeling & Design who have a showroom in downtown Sarasota! The whole crew was super! Always on time, started at 8am and finished at 5pm everyday until project was done. Clean, polite and very professional! It was a big job! Complete bathroom remodel with frameless glass doors, shaker cabinets & Cambria quarts. New porcelain tile wood planks, new baseboards & complete repaint. After the remodel, our home now looks modern & beautiful! We are really happy. Thank you Royal Remodeling & Design for the fantastic job, you really deserved the “word of mouth”!”

“This family owned remodeling company is very high quality. We have used them for multiple projects. They give accurate bids and work well with change orders. One of our jobs was a property that we were not on site everyday. They were the only company I would trust alone on a job site. All in-house skilled tradespersons. Project Manager is great with questions and follow up at end of Project.”

“Awesome, professional and Honest company. It took a moment to find a company to do a small bathroom remodel, but I was blessed to happen KB Design They make you feel like you are their family, not a customer. The demo team was outstanding, and there was a clean up team that came in after the demo. I have had a lot of remodels, but have never experienced, the clean up after the demolish. This was always done when the job is completed. I really like this company and highly recommend them for fair, professional remodels, done with care, as if it were their own homes. Their prices are competitive and fair. During this time when COVID is the reason for Everything, cost, lack of materials, work delays, disgruntled workers, I made an excellent choice with Tampa Bay K&B. They handle the issues and make it happen, and will not settle for less. I would gladly do it again!!! Thanks Jess and all the guys”

“My experience with DC for my kitchen renovation was smooth from start to finish. The entire team was professional, respectful, clean, focused, and thorough. They were were excellent with communication through all the phases of our remodel. Although, they offered all-inclusive professional services, they respected our relationships with our other contractors outside of DC and worked with their schedules, not placing any pressure on us to do full service with them or deny our job because of it. Communication is everything and helped with the remodel experience. We are very pleased with the outcome of our kitchen. We highly recommend hiring Design Craft and would hire them again!”

“I got five contractor bids. Leverette was the most competitive, the most responsive and understood what I was looking for the best. The owner, Brian Leverette took the time to understand what I was looking for. He provided excellent guidance and suggestions as well as worked with me to bring the job within my budget. I am very pleased. The master bathroom turned out even better than I anticipated. They had people working on-site every day until the job was finished. None of this waiting around hoping someone was going to show up. The cabinets were custom built to accommodate my requirements including unique touches like corner vanity mirrors and trim. My questions and concerns during the build out were handled patiently, responsively and always to my satisfaction. They exceeded my expectations in nearly every area. The tile work in the showers was superb. I look forward to working with them on my next project.”
