“Cezar was engaged to build a 21st century guest bathroom with new porcelain wall and floor tiles, plumbing fixtures, shower, toilet and 4 drawer cabinet which required a complete demolition of the previous bathroom. He provided a complete scope of work covering the demolition and construction, and fulfilled all of his responsibilities admirably. In the preparation for the work to be done, he presented a number of competent, well developed design ideas which aided my understanding of the design possibilities for the room.
