Kreative Kitchens refaced my kitchen cabinets using wood doors and my favorite update is the bead board on the side of my island. The workmanship is outstanding. Kreative Kitchens sticks to their schedule and is on time. I was surprised with how quickly the project went…so disruption to ‘normal’ living was minimal. Tracy and Dave work well as a consultative team and worked with me to ensure I stayed within my budget and provided excellent ideas that I never thought about doing. They were very patient with my constant request for bringing samples, as I kept changing my mind!! “Our experience with Bob McGinty and LVIC was nothing short of extraordinary. From the beginning of the process, in which Bob provided an honest, collaborative, and professional estimate for our project (finishing our basement), to the daily work of his great crew, to the phenomenal end result of a third level of living space for our home, we were absolutely thrilled at each step of the process. Not only were Bob and his team extremely kind and helpful to each member of our family (including our 2-yr-old that continuously asked a zillion questions!), but they were able to design a space that incorporated everything that we wanted - even though we didn't think it was at all possible. We've had some bad experiences in the past with contractors that didn't show up on time (if at all), messy work areas, unprofessional behavior/language in our home, etc. The LVIC crew was the exact opposite. I would receive a text message each day about the time that the first crew member was arriving (and they were ALWAYS on time), they were professional throughout the work day, and at the end of each day, the entire space was cleaned and vacuumed. From the layout to the cabinetry, to the appliances, Dan's choices were well thought out and ideal. Years later, it is still fresh and functional and never ceases to impress guests to our house. “I was referred to S. Agentis Kitchens and Bath to redo a small half bath in my 114 tear old home, and the process from start to finish was excellent and timely. Other professionals not only offered little as far as a solution for the non insulated portion of the project, but the team at S Agentis came up with a fabulous design solution as well, as this historic home was sans a sink in that half bath. Also they added a laundry area to the existing near bye back hall. I plan to use S. Agentis next year when I tackle a few design challenges in my charming but dated kitchen.”

“I hired S & D Renovations to renovate the entire first floor of my home including family room, library, home office and kitchen. Work included installation of tile floor and backsplash, granite countertops, drywall, removal of wood burning fireplace and replace with gas fireplace, interior doors, painting, lighting, hardwood floors, stair railing, and exterior front door. Everyone who worked on my project was clean cut, respectful and pleasant to be around. They kept the work area clean and work was completed in a timely manner. Project was completed within budget and I was kept informed of all steps along the way. Owner was knowledgeable, honest and on top of every detail. He was always available to answer questions and returned phone calls promptly. They made this large project go smoothly with little disruption to my family.
