“Rachel Hutchens is an incredible designer! ¬¬We love our newly remodeled open concept kitchen. Rachel takes the time to get to know her clients and their tastes. She’s a very good listener. At the beginning of the process she asked me to begin collecting pictures of kitchens that appealed to me. True story …. We met on several occasions and I was able to share my vision for our new kitchen but, what I was describing was not matching the pictures I was saving on Pinterest. Rachel carefully shared her thoughts and helped me see that what I wanted was a modern farmhouse. Along the way, Rachel gave us multiple versions of designs and was always willing to tweak them to make it easier for us to make decisions. Besides designing our kitchen Rachel was involved in all aspects of our project by helping us select flooring materials, paint and cabinet colors, hardware, new fireplace design and lighting fixtures. She took us shopping for backsplash tile and countertops. She responded to questions promptly which helped keep the worries down to a minimum. Remodeling can be quite stressful and she was incredibly understanding and willing to support. We couldn’t be more please with the results and highly recommend Rachel to anyone dreaming of a new beautiful kitchen!”

“We had them build shelves in our bonus room, which has a slanted ceiling. They turned out great! We are very happy with their work, and found them very pleasant to work with. They didn't make a mess, and we felt like we could trust them in our house. The only problem we had at all was a that their painter wasn't able to finish painting our wainscoting in a timely manner, so we had to do it ourselves.”

“Jolene is by far one of the best designers in the business. She handled our complete kitchen remodel with professionalism and sheer know how! She had a sizable budget and not only designed a gorgeous space, but extremely functional. Her initial contact was on the phone for over 1.5 hours to get a feel for what we wanted, at our first meeting she had 4 designs incorporating everything I asked for on the phone. 3 hours later we added a little from this and that of the 4 designs and bang she printed out the new kitchen and it was simply over the top!! The best part of working with Jolene is she makes the project fun and removes most of the stress by handling the smallest of detail. “Michael and his team did a FANTASTIC job on our kitchen remodel! In the spring of 2023, we discovered that our dishwasher hand been leaking for an unknown period of time. The subfloor around the dishwasher was rotted and our homeowner's insurance would not cover the damage. We decided to remodel the kitchen instead of just replacing the dishwasher. We were pricing appliances and picking out cabinets on a Saturday and Michale knocked on our door to let us know he was in the area offering his construction services. It was a great coincidence as we were about to start looking for a contractor. We took 3 bids and decided to go with Silver Basin as it was the best price and we had a gut feeling that Michael was the right guy. He kept his word on the schedule and hit the dates that we agreed upon. He was transparent with his pricing for labor and materials. He also responded well to any issues that came up and took care of them when the onus was on him. There were some unforeseen repairs needed as the subflooring issue went beyond what we agreed upon in the estimate. He was fair in the change order process and this new work did not slow out schedule down. I would not hesitate in calling upon Silver Basin for our future projects and would recommend him to my neighbors and friends.”

“We are very pleased with Tom's work and professionalism. Tom completed a 400+ sq ft room addition that included a bathroom and closet. It was a very large project for us and Tom did an excellent job in walking us through the entire process. What we appreciated most about working with Tom was responsiveness, his knowledge and expertise on a wide range of construction topics, and his attention to detail. He was also tech saavy so it was convenient to communicate with him via various mobile apps. Tom consistently and frequently kept us up to date regarding the details of our project. He was also very neat and clean and did his best to keep the dust and debris contained in the work areas. This was extremely helpful and important for us since we have two little children and lived in the residence during the work. He was also very courteous to our neighbors and explained to them what he was doing if it effected them. With such a large project, it made a world of a difference with who you're working with and our experience with Tom was great. The entire project from breaking ground to completion lasted about 3.5 months and we were very pleased with the quality of work.
