“We hired Kelly Zamonski of The Kitchen Place to completely gut our kitchen in our 90 year old house. We wanted to keep the new design vintage, with the character of the old house. We worked on the layout and design ahead of time, with Kelly spending a great deal of time researching our many choice combinations. She had many original ideas that we loved and understood the look that we wanted. She was very patient with our many questions, making us feel comforted every step of the way. She gave us the details that she knew we needed, knowing that we were detail-oriented customers. She gave design advice for the function, as well as the aesthetics. We truly got our vintage, original-looking kitchen. It has very high-quality materials, craftsmanship, and design. We decided to use her sub-contractors, since they have worked togethers for many years and work well as a team. They also give the highest quality of work, and knowing that this was the only time that we would be doing this kind of project, we wanted perfection. We would highly recommend The Kitchen Place to anyone. Many friends, who have come to see our kitchen, are amazed at the transformation. One has recently gone to The Kitchen Place and ordered cabinets, because they were so impressed. We live in a neighborhood of old homes, where many are looking to remodel their kitchen, and I will definitely suggest they take a look at our kitchen and consider The Kitchen Place.”

“Brian's crew is top notch. Love my remodeled master bath room! They suggested using stacked stone around the fireplace and a barn door, where there had been no privacy in the bath previously. This absolutely makes the master bedroom/bath an oasis! They were very attentive to my suggestions and choices. They are extremely neat and I didn't even know they had been in the house at the end of the day, they cleaned up very thoroughly at the end of each day.”

I have already signed a contract for a second project in my home and will continue to use Centerville Building and Design in the future. Our remodel is beautiful, and in the end everything and more than we originally envisioned. “Hallowed Ground Home Improvement did a great job on our master bath remodel. The work was done on-time and the quality was very good. John made suggestions on what tile to use for the walls and floor along with accent tile for the border. In the end, we only made one color change from what he had initially recommended which made the sometimes daunting task of color and pattern selection very easy. We have received numerous compliments on the stunning transformation of our master bath. The only thing holding me back from a 5-star review is the tiny details. We had a few issues with caulk and grout lines not being complete or straight, but John came back out each time requested and completed the work to our satisfaction. If you're looking for a great company to do your next remodel job, I would recommend Hallowed Ground Home Improvement. Honesty and integrity is in everything they do.”
