“First discovered Kutchenhouse in 2018 at a building exhibition. By 2019 we were ready to choose and design our kitchen, they had then opened a store in Cardiff. We knew roughly what we wanted, but with Shahab and Catrin we spent several hours and visits to end up with a kitchen which fitted our lifestyle, giving us a quality kitchen within our budget. We are thrilled with the end result; light, modern, spacious. I would definitely recommend them to our friends.”

“I spent a long time researching kitchen companies. Tried the usual big players with the huge showrooms with mixed reviews. Then I read about some of the German kitchen suppliers and fitters, and their reputation for quality. This led me to Kutchenhaus in Clifton, Bristol. Originally, I used their online kitchen design app, to give me a ballpark figure for price. This compared favourably to some of the larger competitors so I booked an appointment for a design. Although the showroom in Bristol is modest, it was enough to confirm that the quality of the kitchens was good and introduce me to rest of the range. Its smaller size also meant it felt like a more personal experience and we got to spend lots of time refining our design with the manager and kitchen designer. The design process was very good. The designer was able to help us create our vision and gave us plenty of options when it came to price and to help us refine what we did and didn't want. In the end, the design was a very good price and more affordable than some others. We did, however, choose to buy our own appliances, which helped bring the price down. The delivery experience was also first rate. Despite having driven through the night to make their deliveries, the (massive and German) deliverymen were considerate and courteous. Even though we had yet to finish the room the kitchen was to be fitted in, they did not make a fuss when we asked them to load the units up in a different room. There was not a single item missing and they were thorough checking off everything from the list. We chose to have the kitchen fitted by own our fitters, rather than those from Kutchenhaus but had nothing but compliments from our fitters. Not just because of the quality of the carcasses and the door fronts, but that all the accompanying fixings ensured it was pieced together well. If I had any criticism, it would be that the door front for the dishwasher stumped our fitters. However, Kutchenhaus did send one of their own fitters to do it and proved it was far easier than we originally thought! Other than that, I would readily recommend Kutchenhaus. It was a great experience throughout, a good price (with no misleading sales - the kitchen was cheaper than others, even those having a 'sale'), no high-pressure selling and I have nothing but good things to say about the quality and finish.”

“Provided a kitchen design and installation service from start to finish. We had the old kitchen removed, re plastered, rewired and new kitchen and appliances installed including having the floor tiled. The job was finished exactly on schedule. Once finished the kitchen looked exactly like the original design. The kitchen is very high quality and the service we received before, during and after the installation was fantastic.”

“Having taken almost a year to design my new kitchen I had to find someone who was willing to take on my ideas and bring them to life.Using locally sourced wood was not to other kitchen makers liking. Fortunately Old Oak are quite local to me which meant that I was able to call in to discuss details and see the whole project coming together. Bedwyn is a very competent craftsman and made everything to my (demanding) standards. The overall result is stunning!”

“Bespoke Kitchen Studios (BKS) were an integral part of our house renovations. We engaged BKS to supply and fit a large unique kitchen with built in appliances and corian worktop, an utility room, a run of base units to accommodate an internal BBQ unit, a wall to wall book shelving and base unit, fitted wardrobes in two bedrooms, a walk in wardrobe/dressing room with slider doors, ceiling to floor mirror, a corridor cupboard with slider doors and a large airing cupboard. Throughout the planning and supply/fit, all staff were highly knowledgeable, endeavouring and succeeding at all times to provide a first class service. With such a large scope of work and having to work closely with many other contractors, there were occasionally miss understandings and clashes. However, these were promptly acted upon and solutions were provided, which did not compromise at all with the end result. We are very satisfied and proud of all the work BKS have completed for us and would highly recommend them to anyone who are interested in obtaining specialised, excellent quality units anywhere in the house.”

“Bailey kitchens was recommended to me by a friend as he said that the workmanship was one of the best he'd seen, how right he was, the choice of kitchens was mind blowing with do much choice, we went for a tra ditional kitchen and the quality is superb, Malcolm's workmanship is spot on taking time to get everything perfect which it is, everyone who comes to the house passes comments how beautiful the kitchen is, you will not be disappointed if you have bailey kitchens for choice, workmanship and most of all the prices, we now have a kitchen which my wife can't stay out of.”
