“I hired David for a bathroom remodel which required a lot of demo work! He reconfigured walls and had to level out floors. David took the extra time to ensure that the foundation was perfect to minimize any flaws or imperfections when the tile went in. The end result was absolute perfection! I should mention too that David was very helpful and patient with me in selecting tile and was able to offer sound advice based on his experience with certain types of tile. David was a true partner in this project and I truly appreciate the time attention he dedicated to me!!!”

“Richard Ryder did a large renovaton for me including gutting my master bath and closet, upgrading two more baths, installing hard wood floors, installing all new light fixtures, widening closet doors, taking down a wall, and painting the entire interior. He is currently doing repairs on a second home we have recently purchased. My master bath and closet were a disaster. Richard not only refurbished the space, he completely redesigned it creating a spa like oasis that we still can't believe is ours. He did the carpentry on the built-ins himself. While we have worked with several competent contractors, no one compares to Richard Ryder. He can do anything from historic preservation to new builds to remodeling. He is a creative problem solver, a skilled craftsman, and a reliable, fair, and honest person. He offers a range of options for any job and stays on budget. When Richard works with you it is as your advocate; he works with you to get the best result for the most reasonable price. We feel blessed that we found him and he has our highest recommendation and our complete confidence.”

“I hired Maj Interiors for major kitchen help. I had a tone of ideas and a huge wish list but didn’t know how to put it all together. Working with Alona was a fantastic experience; she took care of everything on my wish list and organized the whole project! She was always on top of things and made me feel comfortable throughout the renovation process. I got a fabulous kitchen that was completed on time and on budget that I absolutely love! She was very professional and immediately corrected an issue with one of the cabinet faces (not her fault.) Amy is a wealth of knowledge about kitchen and bathroom renovations and more. “Anne helped us with a BIG kitchen project in our home. Basically we gutted the kitchen, demolished the wall to the dining/living room and incorporated the kitchen into the great room. Anne took a look at the big picture, making sure that all elements of the new kitchen blended and enhanced the existing open room, as well as contributing efficiency and beauty. I can't say enough good things about her. She is resourceful, attentive to details, creative, and definitely thinks outside the box if that's what you need. On top of all those stellar qualities, she is a delight to work with, pleasant and good natured, and above all - POSITIVE. Her positive attitude made us feel like our plan was the best ever designed. And we have not regretted a single thing we did in that big project. We would definitely recommend her. If she can manage a big project like ours, she can do outstanding work on smaller jobs as well.”

“Michelle was wonderful to work with! Her experience and thoroughness with helping us choose cabinets and countertop for a wet bar area in our newly finished attic space was completely refreshing. She was able to guide us as well on decisions about whether or not the cabinets we chose would work in an area that was more complicated than the standard fare. She was also most attentive to trying to work with our schedule, which constantly fluctuated based on other contractors. Michelle was someone we would consult again if the need arose and provided exceptional customer service!!”

“After living in our house for almost ten years, and being unhappy with our kitchen for about eight of those years, my wife and I finally decided to pull the trigger on a kitchen remodel. We decided that we couldn't do it without the guidance of a professional, which is where Caroline Shillito at emma delon enters the picture. She was recommended by my wife's mother, who had hired her to help remodel her bathroom. From the very first informational meeting, we felt totally confident in Caroline's approach and abilities. Her experience was evident with the questions she asked us and the answers she had for ours. Then moving forward in the process, from the initial design to the impending demolition, she has been on top of or ahead of every step and issue that would come along. My wife and I were able to actually enjoy the process of picking materials and choosing the elements that will make our new kitchen our own.”
