“Mike Jones, the owner of Northshore Renovations, is one of the kindest men I know. He has been the "company of choice" for many families in our neighborhood. We began a bathroom renovation project in August. Due to the hurricane, our floor installer was called up to the National Guard for hurrican duty. He had someone else step in for him and the results were poor. Mike has stepped up and assumed 100% responsibility for the situation. He is our advocate and will stop at nothing to please us.”

“JCD Construction has been helping me to renovate my home for the past 11 years. My husband and i bought a large old fixer upper and we take on a new room whenever we pull together enough funds. JCD is the only contractor I have hired to do work in my home. Renovations include the kitchen, 2 bathrooms, raising the den roof and ceiling, new windows and more. I look forward to the start of a new project because I know the results will be just what I wanted. JCD shows up when they say they will, leaves the work area clean and finishes the job on schedule.”

“When we decided that our kitchen needed a renovation, we were overwhelmed by the prospect. Ali was recommended by a friend to help design a kitchen for us and guide us through the process. Ali provided concierge-like service and helped make the process a pleasant one. For instance, when we went to pick back-splash, Ali picked the perfect option for us on the first try (because she had taken the time to get to know us). Ali takes pride in her work and it really shows in every detail, from the design to the project management and ultimately the customer satisfaction. I look forward to working with Ali again on our next project.”

“Dan has been a big help to me. He's a very focused guy who hits the ground running and brings a world of experience to just about any job you point him at. I've seen guys who work cheaper, but, lesson learned, it's cheaper in the long run to hire a pro who gets it right the first time, and it's a good feeling to see someone these days who isn't satisfied with his own work until it's just right. He's also values-oriented, so you can leave him with your house keys with confidence. I have hired him to do jobs on his own and also to help and advise me on jobs that I'm doing at my house, so he's good with people who want to just get a job done, and he's patient with do-it-yourselfers who have run into something that's beyond their skill level. I appreciate the suggestion I got to hire Dan, and you will probably get around to appreciating the suggestion I'm giving you! Hire with confidence.”

“One acrylic bath tub liner was installed, with a new tub surround. Another tub was completely replaced with acrylic tub and surround. I am very pleased with both tubs. The workmen were curteous, knowledgeable, and proficient. The workmanship was impecable; clean, and pretty. Everything was completed on time as promised (one day for each tub).”
