“Hakan was the project manager for our renovation. Each detail was explained thoroughly. I interviewed several home improvement companies in the northern Virginia area; none matched the knowledge of product information and costs of construction for completely renovating my kitchen. Architectural renditions were exact to specifications;no last-minute changes had to be made. Prior to the beginning of the renovation, costs and date of completion was discussed along with a time line dedicated to the selection of cabinets, floor, tiles, lighting fixtures etc. The crew assigned to my project were courteous, quick, clean and put materials away each day. She is simply THE BEST! She is very professional, respectful and personable! If she says she will have info to you by a certain time, she means it! She went above and beyond to help me out. I had no clue how much such a project would cost, but Moogie worked within my budget. She followed up with me regarding everything. She even stopped by while the installers were here and I really really appreciated that! Once I got my initial project done I called for a follow up to get an additional piece(a dresser) to complete the look. Called my girl Moogie and she did not disappoint! The entire experience was wonderful! The designers at MDC were very easy to work with and understood our specific needs. There were no major surprises in either the product or budget. The project timeline was tight and was completed on time and on budget. MDC also helped to facilitate donation of usable, pre-existing cabinetry and countertop. We found KSA kitchens both Carol and KJ to be very accomidating when I called or E mailed I always received a response in a very timley manner. It was a project we had been putting off for several years, but after we decided to take the leap they made it a wonderful experience. We selected NV for this project because they had done a lot of work for friends and we saw the quality firsthand, and they allowed us access to all materials, whether they were in their standard network or not (this was not true of many remodelers, who only work with certain vendors).
