“Armada Design & Build handled the remodel of our office space. They were punctual, professional and extremely proficient. They have a quality work ethic and execute contracts and deadlines in a timely fashion. We had a small window from the time we relocated until our doors opened. They, not only, completed the job with an exceptional level of charisma, tenacity and zeal but with excellent customer service. They set a good standard for construction companies regarding attention to detail and communication. Would recommend and will be contacting them again soon.”

“We have done 2 remodels with Potter Construction. The last was very complicated involving many engineering challenges adding a second story to a house not designed to cary the load. While difficult and with us living in the house too Potter Construction made a successfully completed our house which we get many compliments on. Many have said it does not look like an addition but looks like it has always been that way. That was a major concern of ours and a design priority. Potters design staff and crew litterally worked out a plan in and around us to give us our dream house. they are up to difficult challenges. Highly recommended.”

“After much searching and disappointment trying to find an interior designer, we found Brian and believe we hit gold. We hired Brian to redesign our existing kitchen and master bath. Neither of us had ever remodelled a house. We had an idea of how we wanted the areas to feel but didn't know how to make it happen. Brian asked the right questions about our family to come up with a number of different options on how we can make the best use of our spaces. He really thought of everything when it came to functionality especially for the kitchen; for us, our kitchen really is the heart of the home and not just somewhere to eat. We believe the final product that was provided will help make the remodelling process as economical and smooth as possible. Brian was easily accessible during his design process and afterward asking us the status of our project.”

She respectfully told us when she thought our ideas wouldn't work over time and always gave us several options to choose from, while keeping our budget in mind. “Ms. Johnson recently provided consultation and design service for our bathroom remodel. She listened attentively to our general ideas and helped distill them down into the perfect plan. Her knowledge, expertise, and attention to detail were invaluable in helping us choose the best materials, products, and color scheme for our bathroom from the overwhelming and myriad choices available. She was very prompt and efficient in providing any information or service needed and offered wonderful tips and advice throughout our consultations. “Heather grasped my style and brought me appropriate choices, but not too many. She guided me to quality materials that were not too trendy. Her vendors were all complete professionals and highly experienced. She handled the install appointments so I didn't have to wait around for contractors. The finish work was impeccable. She brought the mid-century feel back to the house without letting it get retro.”

“Tim designed our kitchen. It turned out much more efficient, looking beautiful, and with more storage than our previous older 1940's kitchen. I liked several of his suggestions, one example is the sink he recommended; I love. I also liked his idea of putting pots and pans in a drawer next to the stove. Never thought I'd like that but I really do. It works. When he heard that I was not happy with the counter-top, he pro-actively called the company to get it fixed. Overall, I think Phinney Ridge Cabinets provides great service.”

“We worked with Trisha as we prepped our family home for sale. We had lived there 20+ years and had never remodeled the 2.5 bathrooms. Trisha was very easy to work with. She understood and worked within our budget goals and guided us to contemporary/current color and material choices. We loved our finished product and know it help us sell our home within 5 days of going on the market, and over our asking price! We recommend her highly.”
