“Lisa managed the constructiion and design of my home. She was exceptional to work with. Always on site to oversee the process and to assure that I was happy and comfortable with the process and design. Lisa also served as my interior decorator providing personal advice in purchasing furniture decor. Everything was completed in a timely manner from start to finish and I currently use her expertise for any updates. She is knowledgeable in all areas of design, decorating and construction and explains the process in a way that any novice feels comfortable. Her suggestions and response to my concerns were genuinely helpful. I highly recommend her services.”

“We have used John to redesign our entire kitchen, bathroom and living room. He helped us from start to finish. John came by our home many times to make sure everything was going well with all of the sub contractors. He followed up with us after each phase of our remodel. He truly was making sure everything was done correctly. We couldn't have done it without John's expertise with our remodel project. He made it a terrific experience for us. “We had them build shelves in our bonus room, which has a slanted ceiling. They turned out great! We are very happy with their work, and found them very pleasant to work with. They didn't make a mess, and we felt like we could trust them in our house. The only problem we had at all was a that their painter wasn't able to finish painting our wainscoting in a timely manner, so we had to do it ourselves.”

“How wonderful to have a decorator who does not provide cookie-cutter designs. She looked at our home, listened to who we are and what we wanted and provided us with choices. From our slate entry to our new floors to the built-ins in the family room to our granite in the kitchen and bathroom, it all ties together to provide a warm, comfortable home. We get so many compliments, I think we may have the design others want to copy.”

“We built a new home and McDonald Cabinet Company provided the cabinetry for 2 kitchens, a laundry room and 7 bathrooms. They also did some custom cabinetry in an entry way, fireplace surround and a linen closet. We loved the quality of work and thought it matched the style and quality of our home. Alan- the owner was a great communicator and understood the look our interior designer and I were looking for. So many of the the other people working on our home commented that our kitchen had the most beautiful cabinets they had ever seen. Our general contractor said that he hadn't seen this type of quality for years. He said this is what custom should look like . In addition to the quality the cabinets were on time and they were very reasonably priced. We do not have cookie cutter cabinets out of a lower quality wood which we had a larger company bid.. McDonald Cabinet Company gave us cherrywood cabinets with an absolutely breathtaking finish for the same price as the cheaper quality wood bid from the larger company. I have had dozens of compliments on our home and people have asked me countless times who did these cabinets. I highly recommend McDonalds Cabinet Company for your job- they are trustworthy, competitively priced, provide high end quality and are on time.”

“Rachel Hutchens is an incredible designer! ¬¬We love our newly remodeled open concept kitchen. Rachel takes the time to get to know her clients and their tastes. She’s a very good listener. At the beginning of the process she asked me to begin collecting pictures of kitchens that appealed to me. True story …. We met on several occasions and I was able to share my vision for our new kitchen but, what I was describing was not matching the pictures I was saving on Pinterest. Rachel carefully shared her thoughts and helped me see that what I wanted was a modern farmhouse. Along the way, Rachel gave us multiple versions of designs and was always willing to tweak them to make it easier for us to make decisions. Besides designing our kitchen Rachel was involved in all aspects of our project by helping us select flooring materials, paint and cabinet colors, hardware, new fireplace design and lighting fixtures. She took us shopping for backsplash tile and countertops. She responded to questions promptly which helped keep the worries down to a minimum. Remodeling can be quite stressful and she was incredibly understanding and willing to support. We couldn’t be more please with the results and highly recommend Rachel to anyone dreaming of a new beautiful kitchen!”

“Jolene is by far one of the best designers in the business. She handled our complete kitchen remodel with professionalism and sheer know how! She had a sizable budget and not only designed a gorgeous space, but extremely functional. Her initial contact was on the phone for over 1.5 hours to get a feel for what we wanted, at our first meeting she had 4 designs incorporating everything I asked for on the phone. 3 hours later we added a little from this and that of the 4 designs and bang she printed out the new kitchen and it was simply over the top!! The best part of working with Jolene is she makes the project fun and removes most of the stress by handling the smallest of detail. If you are looking for elegance and function she is the go to person without a moments hesitation! Looking forward to working with her soon on our new Master Bath!!”
