“Joanne and her team at Fazio Tile have been incredibly helpful, thorough, and professional throughout my co-op apartment renovation. I initially thought I was just coming here to order some tile for the bathroom, but Joanne ended up helping us with with the entire project, including sourcing product that she didn't even carry, just to make sure we got the best price possible. Their team was even kind enough to order everything and hold it for us until our contractor was ready to pick it up. She patiently walked through every little detail imaginable with us to make sure we were completely satisfied with everything, and she always gave us her honest opinion without ever trying to sway or push us to make a decision. I would not hesitate to work with Fazio Tile again in the future for any other project that comes up.”

“I thougth My Home was fantastic in every way. It totally exceeded my expectations. They called me back immedately if I had any concerns. I was told by one of the workers in my building that I had the prettiest kitchen in the building. Matthew Walker, the project manager helped me in every way possible. It was a pleasure working with him and I will recommend him to everyone. Definitely 5 stars in every way. elle”

“I thought that finding an honest contractor who follows through with what they promise would be impossible but decided to take the chance with Essential and finally do my first renovation. I was very nervous at first but the contractor Peter was extremely patient and was with me every step of the way. His team which included a talented designer put together a picture perfect kitchen, powder bathroom and master bedroom bathroom. I was blown away by the attention to detail and if you’re looking for a wonderful experience limiting your stress level for such a major project then Peter and his team are a great fit.”

“I cannot recommend this great family business enough! I hired them last year for a full kitchen renovation, and they were able to complete the project with no major issues. They were extremely professional and payed attention to every little detail, giving me the kitchen I have always wanted. The team works together so well, and they were so patient with me as I was picking out the perfect materials and countertop. I highly recommend them!”

“Gaudioso Contracting did a complete renovation of my tiny studio apartment kitchen in New York City. From my very first meeting they were courteous, helpful and professional. Their estimate seemed fair to me based on what other contractors had submitted and so we proceeded. Even though it is a small kitchen, they treated it as if it were in a mansion on Long Island. Their work was meticulous and quick....and when it was all finished they had a cleaning crew come to clean the plaster dust from the entire apartment. I love my new kitchen and I thank them every time I walk into it., they are simply the best!”

“BC 11 Construction were a pleasure to work with from start to finish. Not only is the Principal, Barry Hefetz a talented, hard working contractor, he is highly intelligent, motivated, honest and fair. Barry went above and beyond to please me and my clients and worked with us patiently through every detail of all phases of our construction project. I cannot say enough positive comments about my experience of working with him and his construction crew. BC 11 Construction were respectful of the neighbors, the building property at all times, and above all sought to work with me and my clients to resolve all construction issues that cropped up (as they do in all design projects). “Hired this company for my kitchen renovation. Daniel was very easy to work with. What I liked the most is the communication that he and his team had with me. Literally every day I’d get a text from them, explaining what was completed today and what they will be doing tomorrow. I’ve had 4 renovations done before in my other apartments, but hands down, this was the smoothest one so far. Good luck to you guys!”

“Have known Kuche+Cucina for well over 10 years. Amir Ilin, owner, is a consumate professional. His kitchens have won numerous awards and have been showcased on television as well. I have sent numerous clients to his showroom - some looking for high end - some looking for a more modest budget. I have never had a bad report back from any customer. Have found Kuche+Cucina to be a professional organization and will continue to recommend them to any person who is looking for a new kitchen or bath.”

“Ward5 Design is not only creative, but they provided staging solutions that were practical, affordable, and stylish. I hired Ward5 Design for a mid sized 3 bedroom 2 bathroom house in Astoria, Queens. Prior to getting the house staged, buyer reactions were lukewarm at best with offers that were way below our asking price. Post staging the offers poured in and we accepted a great price within the first week. The staging really does make a huge difference. Amazing, affordable and such a pleasure to work with.”
