“Having bought a house with "good bones," but outdated, we were willing to tackle lots of DIY projects. The complete gutting and reconfiguration of the master bath was not one of those projects, however. We visited the big box kitchen and bath departments and a number of local contractors. We came upon DreamMaker Bath & Kitchen in the process and visited their design studio. After a couple of conversations with Ernest Gilbert, the owner, and a thorough check of references (including BBB and Angie's List) we asked Mr. Gilbert to visit our home and prepare a quote. To be honest, it wasn't the lowest. But we liked the thorough approach -- including a consultation with a designer on the firm's staff -- and signed a contract for the work to begin. It was a mess, for certain, but daily clean-up was done scrupulously by the staff and the attention to detail was outstanding. We're picky, but the lead carpenter on the job was even more so. He rejected work by subcontractors we might have easily accepted and never relented until the finish was perfect. We have had contractors do jobs for us in the past -- from additions to complete new construction -- but this experience was the best. We liked the result so much we have hired DreamMaker Bath & Kitchen to now renovate our kitchen.”

“Michelle and Pete, We want to send our sincerest thank you for going the extra mile in completing our new kitchen for us. Previous estimates from contractor's we received did not match the price nor the quality of material that you have given to us. Our years in dealing with contractor's have always left us feeling the job wasn't done right or when completed it didn't look the way we intended it to. We cannot say that about the both of you. You have restored our confidence in hiring a contractor. We've never met a team that works well together as the both of you do. You are both personable, talented and create designs that you make extremely affordable. We can say with all sincerity that the transformation you made to our kitchen condo was unbelievable. We are so glad that we picked you to help design and complete our kitchen. We took before and after pictures, then sent them in emails to our friends. We'd like to share just a few comments with you: "Oh the pictures are beautiful! Gorgeous!!!! Awesome!!!!! Did you notice the handles on the cabinets match the handle on the microwave?" “For the longest time my husband & I were looking for the right company that would remodel our outdated 20 year old house. We found that company & they are great! We went with Royal Remodeling & Design who have a showroom in downtown Sarasota! The whole crew was super! Always on time, started at 8am and finished at 5pm everyday until project was done. Clean, polite and very professional! It was a big job! Complete bathroom remodel with frameless glass doors, shaker cabinets & Cambria quarts. New porcelain tile wood planks, new baseboards & complete repaint. After the remodel, our home now looks modern & beautiful! We are really happy. Thank you Royal Remodeling & Design for the fantastic job, you really deserved the “word of mouth”!”

“Ken Fritz and team work is of the highest quality I have ever experienced. More important than the quality of their craftsmanship is their character and integrity, the best which is why I write this! They are Christian Men with incredible skill and talent that I trust, they are professionals, extremely knowledgeable, courteous, kind and very respectful of others (neighbors). They deliver the best quality of work hands down within budget on or before time. I have referred many friends and neighbors to Ken and team over the last 6 years and they all have experienced the same. For Ken and team I am always available to share my experiences, there are many, so please have Ken provide you with my personal cell phone number or email address as I will gladly make time to discuss their many qualities. “Jon is the best contractor we have ever worked with; at this point I almost never get additional opinions. His crew is always on time, professional and does an outstanding job. Jon makes sure to communicate frequently, never starts a job while working on too many other jobs at the same time-which keeps him laser focused on your project. He typically keeps you on budget, and if a price comes in too high he will have you look at alternative companies. The times I go over his allowance is my own doing, picking more expensive tile, appliances, etc. Jon started out remodeling our kitchen 14 years ago, and has since updated two bathrooms, installed beautiful mahogany and lead glass front doors, installed 4 sets of doubled pained doors on the patio, completely remodeled our prize winning master bath, and just now finished painting the outside of our home! As I said before, we completely trust Jon and highly recommend Greaves construction.”

“Susanne is an excellent contractor! We used her for the first time on a small bathroom remodel in our condo. We were so pleased with that project that we hired her for our huge master bathroom project. Years later, we decided to sell our condo and we sold it in 3 days....because the bathrooms were so amazing! We decided to buy a house on the gulf so we had Susanne go along with us to give us her expert opinions on all the properties we viewed. She helped us pick a house with great bones! 3 years later, we have the most amazing, totally updated and remodeled house on the beach! She has been with us from purchase to completion and for every ‘tweek’ since then! I can say without reservation that you will not be disappointed when you work with VanSelow Design Build!”
