“We visited numerous kitchen suppliers before inviting Richard from Benchmark to provide us with a design and quote. His design was far superior to the others we had received, although we made a couple of personal changes. The price agreed was better than expected and the installation went smoothly, a special mention to Paul who installed it and did a fantastic job. My only comment would be is we were surprised Richard never visited at the end of the project to see how his design transferred from the concept to reality. I would certainly recommend Benchmark to our friends and family.”

“We used Andy’s team of professionals for our kitchen in a new extension and were extremely pleased with the results - as a result we are using them for other work also. Unlike other firms, it is GENUINELY bespoke: they don’t just adjust standard cabinet models, they make everything themselves from scratch. The quality of work was superb - its over a year since the work was done and it still looks brand new despite some heavy use/abuse. The materials are solid and built to last, and the firm are able to use their years of experience to suggest tweaks to exisiting ideas that we hadn’t thought of, while actually listening to what we want (none of your pushy sales patter here). Cost wise it is comparable to somewhere like John Lewis (maybe a bit cheaper) but the quality and service is leagues ahead. They are tidy, polite and meet deadlines set. Can’t recommend enough.”

“Very high quality bespoke kitchen - it is the first thing people gravitate towards and comment (favorably!) on in our new extension: they can't help but touch the wood and have a nose around the cupboards and drawers!
Service was impeccable, including when onsite when they were clean, friendly and respectful.
Cost was highly competitive for such a high quality bespoke option.
Would highly recommend them to anyone considering bespoke work - these are craftsmen who know their trade.”

“I had a kitchen put in by Ben and his team earlier this year (mine is the 'Wandsworth' kitchen on the website) and we are really delighted with the results and can highly recommend Ben. The design was really carefully considered, and we have really noticed that attention to detail in the finished product. The installation was incredibly quick taking only one week for the actual build itself as Ben and his assistant worked incredibly long hours everyday doing on average 12 hours a day on site. All in my kitchen renovation only took 3 weeks (rip out and first fix in the first week, new floors in the second week and installation in the third week) so it was really quick and painless. It was also competitively priced as Ben often sources materials direct from suppliers and works closely with a number of suppliers. Ben and Emi are really great to deal with, they are responsive, creative in their solutions and have been great on the after care side of things as well. The best thing has been knowing that my kitchen is utterly bespoke and no-one else has the same kitchen as me!”

The finished kitchens have all been designed and installed to the highest standard with clean finishes and attention to detail. “We are absolutely delighted with our kitchen . Steven's design intelligently responded to our requirements coupled with the limitations of our tired cottage kitchen . The result is a great example of beauty with utility - a hand painted wooden kitchen , with granite and cherry worksurfaces and an integrated table. ( picutures already featured on Steve's website. ) The space works really well and we are already serving up great meals!
We were Steven's first customers and the process of fitting was not without issues, due mainly to the distance from Steven's workbase . The debriefing we held at the end of project was open and constructive and reinforced the importance of frequent communication and timely problem solving.”
