“Judy redesigned our office with a built in desk, cupboards and filing cabinet. All fit on one wall with space for a large beer fridge, allowing us to sell the desk,, desk run-off and filing cabinet. That opened up the space in the room to allow for a sofa bed and table. Very streamlined design that we're very happy with. Judy had previously redesigned our entire kitchen and dining area, which was why we called her to redesign the office. Excellent working with Judy and results are incredible!”

“They did our laminate counter tops on time and produced a good quality job. The installation also included redoing the the original plumbing and it was a nicely done and clean job and works great. The price was reasonable considering the quality of installation and I am glad I chose Promasters as all the employees I dealt with were knowledgable and friendly ( not too common these days!).”

“Dream Easy Kitchens I did something that I rarely do and in this case it was lucky for Dream Easy Kitchens, (DEK), that I did because I would not have purchased our kitchen cabinets from DEK; the something is, I did not do a search for reviews until after we committed and paid the huge deposit. Upon doing the search, the only reviews I found were less than desirable. I am pleased to say that we too are happy that we didn’t do the reviews until afterwards as the whole experience was quite positive. There was a lack of communication in the beginning, but it was more internal to DEK than with us. I am a retired Property Manager and have work with many contractors over the years and the number one thing that causes issues, is communication and/or the lack of. On the day the owner came to measure and provide some advice and give us a cost we advised Neil that we are relocating the pantry and fridge to give easier access to water for the fridge and to have more continuous countertop. He planned and designed the cabinets according to our plans, gave us the price and a delivery date for the week of December 4th, 2017 then asked when I planned to complete the renovations; my plan was a couple of weeks. He told us that a couple of weeks before the planned delivery of the cabinets, the plant manager would be up to see us and confirm the measurements. Neil told us to go down to the store in the next week or so to pick out our quarts countertops he also said that we met the criteria for a sink and so they would be supplying one as well. We went down to pick our countertop and then completed our renovations and waited for a call from Blair, (the Plant Manager). Due to the space our fridge required for opening the doors wide enough, there needed to be some changes to the layout of the cabinets so I decided to call slightly ahead of the two week timeline. Blair was surprised that we expected him to come for a measurement confirmation; he said we don’t do second visits or confirmations. So our conversation was slipping sideways a bit and I reiterated that Neil told us that the Plant Manager would be here to confirm measurements and that likely this “extra” visit was due to the renovations we were doing and as a result of the fridge requirements the current plan that Neil did will not work. Finally Blair agreed to come up the next day and from that point on the whole experience was wonderful; I realized and understood what type personality Blair is and adjusted my approach to suit. Due to Blair’s experience, knowledge, imagination and dedication he was able to come up with changes that didn’t require different door or drawer sizes and process stayed on schedule. The installer that came to install our cabinets is excellent, he was very sensitive to his surroundings and respected our home and was upfront about his time frames and other commitments and we were able work around his/their schedules. DEK supplies and install the countertops as well which worked very well for us; the scheduling between the installer and the team that installs the quartz countertop was flawless. The one recommendation I have for DEK is to improve your communication and scheduling processes. “I met Celeste for the first time in December 2011. I had a vague idea of what I wanted for a kitchen remodel. What I needed was someone with the expertise to put my notion in to a concrete plan . Celeste was that person. Before I committed to the remodel I was given 3D mock ups and a quote for the project which became the actual amount we paid. A couple of problems that were out of Celeste's control were dealt with promptly and at the end I was more than satisfied with my new kitchen. It feels like a new house even though it is 20 years old. I would recommend Celeste to anyone in need of her services. She is a true professional.”
