“After going to the big box stores Lowes and Homedepot it was such a relief to find HG Page. They carry cabinets that the big two do not. Their designer was much more knowledgable compared to the big two. She guided us staying within budget. The finished product is even better than expected. “Ross Brown is the owner of Romber Works. He just finished two projects for me, a cedar railing for the front porch and a wall-to-wall closet for my granddaughter's room. He is the ultimate craftsman! Ross was precise in his drawings, gave great suggestions, and finished the installation of the closet in two days. He was neat and meticulous in every aspect of the job. My granddaughter loved the soft-close drawers, and my son and his wife were impressed with his work. Moreover, he was a very pleasant and likeable man. I would certainly use him again and highly recommend him. In fact, he will be doing more work for us, and my son wants him to do another smaller closet in the den later this year. I am so glad we found him!!!!”

“Dave Callas is the owner of the company and was great to work with from day one. HV Renovations was recommended by my mortgage broker. We were buying a new home and wanted to put in a new kitchen, remove some walls and relocate a sliding glass door and a couple windows. We financed the project through a renovation loan with Wells Fargo and we were at the 11th hour in terms of getting our plans to Wells and we just weren't happy with the pricing and relationship we had with the contractor we had been working with. We called HV Reno and Dave came out right away and gave us a much better quote. Dave's experience with major renovations helped him identify if the walls were load bearing and the costs associated with relocating baseboard heat, plumbing and electric. He has a network of specialists like plumbers and electricians that allow him to quote a job accurately. HV Renos work was quick, clean and high quality. They were very fair and easy to work with on change orders. Excellent communication and easy to get in touch with. Dave also has a lot of experience with Renovation loans and made that process very easy for us. I can't tell you how important that is because when you're dealing with banks and draws on construction loans, you need a guy who has enough capital to keep his guys working while he works out any issues the bank might have releasing the draw. I would highly recommend HV Renovations and Dave Callas to anyone.”

“Carrie was extremely helpful with a difficult situation. We had already begun a bathroom renovation with another contractor and it wasn’t going well. We were referred to Carrie and she came in and provided her expert advice. Not only did she salvage the existing situation, but we love her ideas and couldn’t be happier with the end product. We only wish we had found her sooner. We have another bath and a kitchen to do and we’re looking forward to having Carrie do them start to finish. Great communicator, very professional.”
