Upon the recommendation of a friend, we scheduled an initial design consultation with Nouvelle. We were so pleased with the designer's ideas and concept design by the end of the hour that we continued with Nouvelle. In addition to a skilfully refined design, we received excellent project management and coordination from start to finish, including supplier and trade arrangements for demolition/waste management, cabinet fabrication and installation, plumbing, electrical, benchtop and splashback installation (all except flooring, not normally in their contract), as well as advice on appliances and products. The subs all communicated well, were on time, courteous and tidy, and the quality of all components, installation and construction was top notch. Nouvelle's personnel paid attention to the details and delivered a very high quality outcome for us. Construction is a complex process of interrelated components. On our end, we played our part by being available, checking details, asking questions, and responding promptly, to minimise any potential issues and contribute to delivering value for money. Success! We're delighted with the transformation of our 20+ year old kitchen to our new space, it's truly enjoyable every day.

Very impressed for the vast majority of the project. Warm showroom greeting, professional, even convinced us handing over $250 to get a decent set of plans was a good idea (no other competitor suggested this). Sales rep offered excellent ideas like a coffee nook, and functional use of space. They asked our budget and worked within that (at least at the outset). When it came to actual execution, the project plan was clear, tradies all identified. The vast majority of tradies were on time, friendly, professional and dedicated to getting the job done. We had a dedicated Project Manager who showed the required level of interest, and went the extra mile when an error occurred cutting the stone. We finished on time, and are delighted with the result. The only point I fault them on is we seemed to "fall through the cracks" toward the end of the project. Admittedly most of the work was done, but we felt a final check-through by the Project Manager would have been a perfect way to end the engagement.

We highly recommend Nouvelle. From beginning to end in our time-constrained, extensive renovation the team was professional, well-organised, managed hurdles and communicated well to deliver an outstanding result of the highest quality. Designer Geoff hit the sweet spot; Michael the project manager was onto every element and the trades were courteous, polite and executed quality outcomes on time.

We have recently moved into our newly renovated apartment and we are absolutely thrilled with the job Nouvelle have delivered. Our apartment is in an older building and had not been touched in 40 years. Nouvelle did structural and acoustic work as well as a new kitchen, bathrooms and laundry. This old building certainly threw up some challenges, but Frank and the team were able to come up with practical solutions. We would have no hesitation in recommending Nouvelle.

I ordered a bathroom on the recommendation of a friend I have never looked back The completion date was right on schedule The design is outstanding The supervision by Frank has been beyond any expectations. Any little glitch was resolved by him without fuss. You need a supervisor with this skillset to oversee the work on a daily basis. You need a Frank.

Nouvelle completed a kitchen, bathroom, ensuite and laundry renovation for my apartment. This was a long process involving design, approval of the renovation by the Owner's Corporation then the implementation of the works. The end result was magnificent, and you only appreciate the detailed design when you have the finished rooms. The kitchen works smoothly with ample storage and well-designed interaction between appliances and bench space. The bathrooms also demonstrate the detailed design process with everything fitting perfectly. The only negative in the process is that painting is not included as an option which leads to co-ordination issues between your chosen painter the other trades when all you are nearing project completion.

Nouvelle did an outstanding job renovating my apartment. The project involved not only complete replacement of 2 bathrooms and kitchen but a new laundry, media wall, new electrical wiring, replacement of skirting boards and cornices, new doors and light fittings. From the first meeting with their designer right through to the builder and tradesman I found the quality of their work to be outstanding. Nouvelle were organised , methodical and stuck to the agreed work schedule with very few variations! The quality of the workmanship was first class. My project was an upgrade to an existing Nouvelle Kitchen installed in 2012 The kitchen was in good condition but it needed new appliances , rework to cupboards, splashback and repolish bench top. The Nouvelle consultant took the time to understand what I was looking for and prepared detailed drawings minimising the potential for error or misunderstanding. Apart from the design, quality and attention to detail were important to me Nouvelle have a very well organized project management process which all the trades understand and follow and take responsibility to resolve any issues that arise or at least have a plan to resolve. For me, their method of working and interfacing with the client met my requirements perfectly. I would sum up by saying that they provide value for money when quality of design, manufacture and installation are important.

I would like to commend the entire Nouvelle Team on the quality and professionalism from the first conversation right through until completion. From initial consultation and through the design stage. The work was completed to the highest quality and what has really stood out for me is the after service. There were a few things that I overlooked in the design phase, the speed and ease of the support to rectify and pivot on a couple of things gave me an extraordinary amount of comfort. Nothing was too difficult or too painful, nothing throughout the process was an effort. I couldn’t be happier with the finished product. I look forward to my next renovation with Nouvelle.

Nouvelle were fantastic to work with from ideation to completion. We now have a very high quality kitchen that is stunning in design and also very practical with solutions found to utilise the space we have for storage and easy access. The project management was absolutely key and were were kept updated every step of the way and the schedule was met. The team who visited our property were all very professional, courteous and helpful from the people who dismantled the old kitchen to to installers and everyone in between. We will certainly use Nouvelle for our next project.

This was the second time we have used Nouvelle to renovate - kitchen and 2 bathrooms completely redone in different apartments. The service was seamless from end to end. There is great support offered at every step of the design and style selection (Thanks Homero). The unit was up 2 flights of stairs in the inner city so not the easiest to access for parking, delivery or rubbish removal but Frank and all the team completed the work as per plan. We are very pleased with the result. It has rejuvenated a tired 30 year old unit into a modern space. I would very happily use Nouvelle again.

Delighted with my new kitchen! Nouvelle was recommended to me through close family who used them 20 years ago. I experienced the same level of workmanship and service that was described. Geoff and the team came out during the design and budget stage before the building work started. Then again when the new space was ready to be fitted out to make sure all the measurements remained spot on. Communication was excellent. I was given interim and final sets of plans to review and sign off with plenty of time. I was also advised ahead of time what decisions I would need to make e.g. colour and style. I spoke often with the project manager (who was always available to call), which I appreciated as there were different finishing trades to manage across a wider renovation. The joinery colour and finish is beautiful and exactly as I decided at Dulux. The cabinets are strong and the soft close is a pleasure to use. They even offered to clean the new kitchen once it was all in as part of the service. The installation went smoothly with no damage to the house and on time. No additional budget costs or expenses either. Would happily recommend Nouvelle. I have since ordered new bathroom and laundry joinery from Nouvelle also, which I think says everything.

We have over a couple of years used Nouvelle for 3 projects updating our house in Castle Cove and each time they have done a great job on time and on budget Their staff are very well coordinated and things gets done exactly as per the agreed plan . Anything that needed adjusting was easy to discuss with the team and they made sure we were 100% happy with the end result. Happy to recommend them!

I can't say enough good things about our experience with Nouvelle. We are (or were) renovation newbies, and wanted a company that would hold our hands throughout the entire project; guide us, and deliver a quality end-result. And I'll cut to the chase -- they did! From the initial phone contact, to the excellent design by Jurgen, picking out tiles and tapware, and then the fit out & cleanup... it was such a smooth process. With Frank at the helm everything ran like clockwork; the communication was excellent, the work was top notch, and the tradesmen were friendly and a pleasure to have in the house -- had some great chats! We did a kitchen with them a couple of years ago and have just completed the renovation of 3 bathrooms. It was a great experience from start to finish. The two highlights in the process were Jurgen's design and assistance when choosing fixtures and tiles, and Frank's project management. Plus all the trades were great. Like every project there were a couple of minor hiccups along the way, but it is how the inevitable bumps are handled that shows good from bad. Nouvelle handled everything professionally and efficiently and we got a great result. I highly recommend Nouvelle.

Thank you so much to Nouvelle! This is my 3rd renovation with Nouvelle over 18 years, and I feel extremely confident using their team. They are so easy to work with from the design team to the construction and management of the build! Polite, considerate and really nice people. They just completed a Reno of the our “1880" terrace requiring a new roof, new walls and breaking through walls for new doorways, plus full fit out of kitchen, bathroom, laundry etc. All work was completed as per the time frame that was provided to me and booked in on signing the contract. They came across unknown dampness in the walls and went out of their way to get me another excellent damp contractor to quickly right the problem and ensuring that the finished build would hold for years. All tradesmen text the night before to confirm their time of arrival. They have done a meticulous job and are so nice, again, this is why it is my third contract with them. My husband and I chose Nouvelle Kitchens and would recommend them to anyone without hesitation. From the initial design from Geoff, who capitalized on every square inch of space available to ensure we had a functional and practical kitchen and Anthony who completed the measurements and was always contactable if I ever needed to ask a question. Regarding the various trades who came and installed, a special mention to Phil, who installed our cabinetry - we were so used to him coming in to our home we were sad to say goodbye once finished and also Andrew the electrician (who I even recommended to my Mum should she require any electrical work at her home). Our job was completed in June/July 2022 so we have been using our kitchen for 5 months now and we couldn't be happier with the quality and the finish of the materials as well as the overall functionality. After downsizing to a smaller and older apartment that needed kitchen and bathroom updating, A friend recommended Nouvelle. That may have been the best advice ever. Nouvelle quickly produced preliminary plans, followed by a budget and a schedule, both of which were met on time and on budget. The end result was everything I had hoped for. Nouvelle’s tradesmen are all highly experienced and the finished renovation was proof of the professionalism of the company. I can recommend Nouvelle without hesitation.

The attention to detail from the design and detailed plans, to assisting with opinions on fittings and appliances ensured the best outcomes. The project was managed at all stages by the project manager who ensured the consistent high quality. Renovating just isn’t our thing but after 18 years of putting it off we couldn’t delay any longer. We needed a company that would make the process as easy as possible. Nouvelle came highly recommended by a friend who had just completed a major renovation. And it was a great recommendation. The Nouvelle team took the time to listen to what we wanted then they came back with designs that clearly showed they understood our needs. We, and our two large dogs, had to move out for the duration of the work so beginning and ending the job on schedule was essential. As with all major projects there are unexpected issues, in our case some of the original building work wasn’t up to modern standards and we needed to add additional supports to walls and floors and replace a ceiling, neither of which were part of the original quote or timeline. Even with this additional work the Nouvelle team began on the day they said they would and finished on the scheduled day! They were responsive to our questions, went out of their way to make reasonable changes and additions, and worked with and around other tradespeople we had working on other projects and the same time. They were friendly, professional, and kept us updated on progress throughout the job. And the job looks fantastic, it’s everything we could want. We are more than happy to recommend them.

Nouvelle Kitchens & Bathrooms did an amazing job on my recent renovations. They totally renovated 2 of my bathrooms, did some touch ups in the kitchen and some joinery in the living room. The quality of all their work was impeccable. More importantly, they were excellent communicators, turned up on time and completed everything according to schedule. We hired Nouvelle once we realised they did building work as well as kitchens and were happy with the reviews and personal recommendations. We had the kitchen relocated, which included outside brickwork and the old kitchen area made into a bedroom. We also had a walk in robe built. The builders, Paul and Adam were terrific and a trustworthy team to have in the house and their work was of high quality, inside and out. Geoff, our kitchen designer was great to work with from day one and prompt at answering all questions. The kitchen install mostly went smoothly with Michael as our supervisor, ready to solve any problems that arose, often on the same day. We were happy with most tradesmen; the best part was having a detailed schedule which was adhered to and our project was completed the day it was due to be done, the kitchen component being finished 5 days before Christmas. There was no room for contingencies and due to everything going smoothly they delivered! Happy customers.

We found Nouvelle very helpful from our first visit to the showroom. When the designer, Jurgen, came out to quote for our ensuite it was obvious he was very experienced, had good ideas and listened to us. He was also very helpful in choosing tiles and bathroom fixtures. Nouvelle sent us a schedule before work began and the project manager, Frank, worked very hard to ensure that they stuck to that even after finding existing damage to the frame that had to be repaired. Frank was also very approachable if we had any questions or concerns. We were also happy with all the tradesmen. The project was completed on time and we were very happy with the final result.

All projects will inevitably hit a snag along the way and our kitchen was no different, but it is how a company responds to those snags that makes the difference. The quality of the kitchen materials and the workmanship of Nouvelle was superb, but it was the way that Nouvelle handled the hiccups that made the renovation a highly professional operation.

Nouvelle renovated 2 bathrooms and kitchen for our 20 year old unit. The whole experience from beginning to end exceeded our expectations. Rob our designer was able to put all our ideas into a user friendly kitchen layout that also looks amazing, the 3-D renderings he pulled together were great and the kitchen turned out exactly as they looked. We looked around at a number of places before settling on Nouvelle and we are very glad that we did! They were friendly and professional and were up front from the start about what could be achieved in our renovation. We did two bathrooms and a kitchen. What we really liked was that Nouvelle had all their own trades so the process was smooth and pretty much stress free from our perspective. The communication from Frank the builder was excellent, most days he would call to give us an update and follow this up with some photos, he always discussed things with us if plans had to be adapted and listened to any concerns we had. From the initial meeting with the kitchen designer to the final inspection of the finished project, we had nothing but praise for the professionalism & quality of workmanship on every aspect of the job. The kitchen design was well planned, & achieved all our objectives plus some. Our designer actually listened to our concerns unlike others associated with a further 3 quotes for the same work. The finishes on the cabinetry was excellent & the installation faultless (& I’m a real perfectionist). Our project consisted of a complete kitchen renovation plus new ceilings & lighting in our kitchen, dining, lounge & hall. All tradesmen were experienced, friendly & timely. All rubbish was removed promptly from the site with the building area left clean & tidy. We have tackled various home renovations over the years & we faced this one with much trepidation, but have to admit that none have previously gone as smoothly, with everything on time & on budget. Even our neighbours were amazed at how quickly the job was finished. From day one, we had confidence that the end result would be great. We had not had any experience with Nouvelle before, but certainly made the right choice.

The kitchen design is smart and the customer service is excellent. All schedules are strictly adhered to. Communication is very effective and we are well informed of the progress. The site is clean and tidy when the work completed. We are happy with the work and will surely consider using Nouvelle again for future renovations.

All interaction with Nouvelle (excluding the installation phase) was excellent! The attention to detail taken by Nouvelle's kitchen installer was poor - poor fit and finish to hide gaps between cabinetry and walls & use of the incorrect size shadowlines. The photo shows the cabinets as they were originally installed. Installation of the glass splashback was also less than satisfactory. Large sections of joins between glass and benchtop were missed/not sealed. A join between pieces of glass was missed entirely. Nouvelle were responsive in rectifying the concerns I raised with them, although it did take a while. Unfortunately, I had expectations that my 1.8m x 1.8m kitchen at a cost of almost $13K would be finished to a higher standard that didn't require follow up visits.

I have more recently had the pleasure of photographing for Nouvelle Kitchens & Bathrooms . Whilst I do work with and photograph for a large number of clients, I found their projects really stood out for me. A great example of their expert craftsmanship and high end finishes. Nouvelle completed a very professional renovation of our kitchen. From the sensible and stylish design through to installation, they were extremely easy to work and have provided us with a kitchen with which we are well pleased. All their tradesmen were very efficient and competent at their jobs, and the schedule listing each trade’s date, was met. The day before a tradesman was due, we would receive a phone call confirming their arrival time. Our project finished exactly as scheduled and was overseen by a competent and friendly project manager. They are not the cheapest kitchen installations, but they are certainly good at what they do and I would recommend them to anyone who is wanting to design and install a new kitchen.

I used Nouvelle about eight years ago, to renovate my kitchen. I was so impressed with everyone from the designer to the contractors and the Project manager, that it was a foregone conclusion that I would invite them back into my home for further renovations - this time, my bathroom. I was not disappointed. The team made what is quite a stressful experience into something that was as smooth as possible, given the many potential variables. Frank and Mike, the Project Managers were professional, honest and great to deal with. The most stressful part of any renovation, I feel is the choice of individual contractors; again, Nouvelle came up trumps and the tilers, plumbers and carpenters were all excellent. I would highly recommend this company to anyone considering kitchen or bathroom renovations.

Nouvelle were excellent from start to finish. Our designer, Geoff Little, listened to our requirements and came up with a design suited to our needs and budget. The schedule was detailed and the tradies communicated well so we knew what was going on. They overcame adversity that was our own fault and still delivered. Our project manager Michael Kennison is very experienced and oversaw the project with great attention to detail. We now have a high quality kitchen, laundry and wall unit.

Moving from a large family home with a very large kitchen, we were very demanding customers in what we wanted in our new galley kitchen in our apartment. From design to completion Nouvelle scored 10 out of 10. Their management of the project was excellent - if a trade was due on a certain day at a certain time they turned up.as per schedule. Nouvelle has done 2 jobs for us . First one being a new kitchen 2016 and this time a new home office . They have always been very profesional and from the first contact to the last day of finishing these projects it has been a pleasure to work with them. Choosing a kitchen company was not an easy task, very daunting until I spoke to Geoff from Nouvelle. We not only needed a kitchen but windows and internal walls had to be removed. Geoff promised on time with no extra to pay, and delivered. Every contractor sent to our home was professional and on time. The design manager is very professional and also the project manager. They produce a very professional work schedule and everything are done in according to the schedule promptly. The traders who done the jobs were very good.

We engaged Nouvelle to completely gut and renovate our one and only bathroom in our apartment, and we are happy to say that they have been very professional and great to work with. The project officially took 7 weeks, however, 90% of the renovation was completed by 3.5 weeks and we were able to move back in. The remaining 10% were fixing defects and fine detail. As with every reno project, there will be something that puts the spanner in the works. However, communicating these snags with Frank, the Project Manager, and other trades were timely and succinct, and we were able to resolve issues very quickly. We are very happy with the final result and would be happy to work with them again.

Our kitchen was installed in late 2016. We cannot fault any of the staff or tradesmen with whom we dealt, all were excellent. The work was carried out to timetable and in a highly professional manner. We are very happy with and enjoying our new kitchen and from our experience, we highly recommend Nouvelle.

The task was to refurbish a one bedroom apartment that had not been touched since it was constructed in 1971. Specifically, needed a new kitchen, a new bathroom and a new laundry. A number of companies were approached. In the end settled on Nouvelle based on recommendations from friends and on an expectation of a co-operative relationship. Nouvelle cheerfully took on our design suggestions. The unit was stripped back to the bare concrete and then all the steps mandated by the Building Code of Australia (such as water-proofing) were carried out. The trades people used by Nouvelle were professional, courteous and stuck to the schedule created by the Nouvelle project managers. When problems arose - as is inevitable on any project - they were resolved co-operatively and quickly. The finished product is entirely to our satisfaction. I would have no hesitation in recommending Nouvelle.

Our project which included a new kitchen,upgrades to three bathrooms and a new laundry resulted in an outcome which exceeded our expectations. He was very fussy, fixing blemishes that we had not even noticed and always quick to respond to our calls and emails. Nouvelle did a great job with renovating my kitchen, bathroom, tiling throughout my unit. The design process was fantastic and I now have the kitchen and bathroom I dreamed of. All of the staff from Nouvelle were professional and kept me updated throughout the renovation process. The finishes in the kitchen and bathroom were of a high standard too. It was a great experience and I'd thoroughly recommend Nouvelle to anyone looking at renovating their kitchen or bathroom.

We have used Nouvelle in two previous homes, and were very happy with the outcome so we decided to use them again when we moved into a smaller Apartment in McMahons Point, Sydney. John Cullen, the designer we had was very patient, and came up with a much improved design for our kitchen, which also involved building works with the partial removal of a wall to the dining room. It is sleek and contemporary, and suits the Apartment very well, we did have a problem not of their making, the bench manufacturers made a mistake with the sink cutout location, and Nouvelle were very good about having it rectified, their customer service is outstanding and nothing too much trouble. After having the kitchen installed we went ahead to remodel the Laundry, a much smaller job, but we are happy with the finish.

We had Nouvelle design and build our new kitchen. We were away at the time as there needed to be a wall knocked down and we were very happy for them to work in our house while we were away. They took great care and did a fantastic job. After the kitchen we then proceeded to have our ensuite remodelled and again we had Nouvelle and once again were extremely pleased with the result. It is wonderful that you are given a spreadsheet with all the times and dates for the trades so you know when to expect people. Geoff Little and all the tradespeople have been very obliging and very easy to get along with. I would highly recommend them for their professionalism and experience.

Nouvelle designed and renovated my bathroom as well as designing, building and installing a new wall unit in my apartment. They provided me with a daily schedule so I knew exactly who to expect and when and always kept me updated on the day-to-day progress of the work being carried out. Their professionalism, courtesy, and quality of the trades people who carried out the various different jobs was first class. Their trades people arrived on time, if not early, always contacted me if they were caught in traffic and running a little late and always left my apartment clean and tidy when they have finished. I cannot recommend them highly enough to any person who wants first class, professional and well managed work carried out in their home.

The bathroom was the original around 60 years old and in desperate need of renovation. We approached three companies and selected Nouvelle because of the design, previous experience with a kitchen and because the designer Homero addressed those issues that I believed were important. The project was well managed by Frank, communication with Frank was effective and easy, quality of the work was never doubted and generally to schedule. Great design ideas that ended up in a kitchen that we're really happy with. Their designer Geoff really listened to what we were after and gave us some great suggestions, whilst at the same time happy to change direction when we needed to. All materials were high quality and the install service was professional, quick and well done. Regular updates and photos were provided to me (as I was working away from home at the time) so we always knew where things were at and what was happening next. Happy to recommend.

We used Novelle to design and then project manage the renovation of our kitchen and bathrooms, with some work also done on the entertainment area. They were very professional in their approach. The tradesepeople were efficent, friendly and co-operative. Subsequent minor issues that have arisen have been addresed promptly. We are extermely impressed with the final product.

The main asset of Nouvelle kitchens is their fully qualified, experienced, trained and courteous tradesmen to work with as they finished the project well before time and must stress that it was not a straight forward kitchen job but involved lot of structural changes, wall removal, floor and ceiling and installation of weight bearing beam to make kitchen area open and spacious. Nouvelle was the only company who offered complete solution and they did it well. Rob Grosse, the cabinet installer and the builder was a pleasure to watch him working single handedly and learn from him some of the tricks of the trade. The electrician Ryan Stacey from All Powered Up Electrical with his young apprentice was very thorough with all electrical work and setting the high standard in training the young student working with him and helping. Ryan gave me a kind of very important induction programme towards the end of the project about the switchboard outside where the changes had been made and inside the house as for the future reference in the new kitchen area. The plumber Scott McCurtayne from DON'T RISK IT PLUMBING provided very neat and tidy plumbing around the kitchen and underneath the house as his expertise was on display. He gladly accommodated my request and suggestion about the water filter line to the fridge and and the tap. Scott also was a good teacher for the apprentice working with him. Then again, there were timber flooring guys, Caesarstone benchtop comapny N&F Arciuli and Deco Glaze installed Glass Splashback to bring the whole project to fruition. All of these tradesmen were scheduled and coordinated like a clockwork by the project manager Michael Kennison. Steve and Ted were instrumentals in setting the project in order in the first place for others to follow up. There were very minor things attended and fixed very promptly by Nouvelle upon phone calls. Nouvelle has the calibre people who will carry out any project very efficiently, smartly, and professionally. So have no hesitation in giving Nouvelle highest recommendations.

We selected Nouvelle to design and project manage the installation of our kitchen extension and makeover. The design of the kitchen is 1st rate and took full account of our needs and wants. The tradesmen engaged on the job were competent and highly professional. The project management aspect was generally okay however there were some issues around co-ordination and accommodation of variations which prevented a 5 star rating here. Overall we are delighted with the end result which was worth the considerable expense and disruption involved with such a significant project in what was an occupied home. I am happy to recommend Nouvelle to others and would certainly work with them again myself. Paul S.

Overall a good experience with Nouvelle and we liked the end result. We found the people in the showroom to be extremely helpful with advice on fittings and design. Once we got into the job everything happened pretty much to the timetable Nouvelle had indicated. They also worked in smoothly with our builders Braysmount Constructions (we had to do some building extension work first to accommodate the kitchen - great job btw). Most reno jobs inevitably have some little niggles. Once or twice I found myself having to make on-the-fly decisions with sub-trades that were out of my comfort zone and expertise. And there was a misunderstanding about an aspect of the quotation that arose near the end of the job. So as with all jobs it pays to ensure what you have discussed is fully reflected in the final documentation. But that's not unusual and when you hear some renovation horror stories our issues were minor - overall Nouvelle does a quality job in a timely manner and I would recommend them - in fact, have happily done so to neighbourhood friends who have also used them and were similarly happy with the result.

Nouvelle Kitchens were extremely professional during all aspects of a kitchen renovation they carried out for us. At the initial consultation they helped us design and utilise the space we had available. They gave us suggestions on how to maximise the space and make it work for us. They helped us with the selection of finishes which we could actually see in their showroom. From a timing point of view they kept to the initial project timeline with no delays. Our kitchen was starting to fall apart and needed make over. We want a retro look as our home was built in the 1950's, but modern materials that emulated the look and feel of the period. We wanted a bigger kitchen and decide to do extensive rebuild involving removing of walls, electrical and plumbing relocation. We also wanted someone who would do the whole project. When we started looking for a firm most could only do the kitchen and not the building works. But what swayed us to go with Nouvelle was they actually provided a preliminary design for us at the quotation stage. Others vendors would come and just talk or tell us how they would do it and ignore our ideas. The job is close to being complete and the kitchen is a joy and exactly how I pictured it would look. We also relocated the laundry to internal closet and combined a toilet and bathroom into a single room which Nouvelle did to. The design through to execution has been wonderful. It took close to 6 weeks. We moved out of home for 5 weeks. The Friday we were due to move back Nouvelle made sure that it was liveable water, electric, stove all worked. Only surprise we had was the bathroom floor need replacing and was quickly fixed by Nouvelle with only a small adjustment and reason it took longer then was expected. But old homes tend to have surprises. The staff were excellent both in the office and at the house. I would be happy to recommended Nouvelle to others, as our renovation went very smoothly and the results are something we can happily live with for many years to come. More pics on my ideas book.
