Avoid this company. After taking our $1000 deposit they had to change our design after a it was discovered that a load bearing wall could not be removed. The price didnt seem right for the new ,more basic design so we asked for a breakdown of what the costs were but they refused to show us anything and said they dont do that. They became impossible to get responses from and when we could get a hold of them with our questions they were rude and dismissive. We told them.we wouldn't use them if they didn't provide us with a breakdown of what we were paying for but they still refused and wouldn't give us our money back. So this greedy company took our $1000 and did zero work. If you want a kitchen company that is transparent, polite and fair ,DO NOT use Verto and do not pay them a cent until.you have all of the information you need. They will happily keep your deposit and refuse the give it back if you ask for details about what you are paying for. Unbelievable they can get away with it.

All quotes provided are based on the assumption that the work can proceed according to the proposed plan. However, final confirmation depends on approval from our qualified builder, in accordance with Australian building regulations. This is a standard requirement to ensure safety and compliance. Throughout the process, we did everything we could to support you in redesigning your kitchen. This included multiple site visits and showroom consultations with our designer. Unfortunately, none of the proposed designs were approved by you.

This matter was reviewed by the Queensland Civil and Administrative Tribunal (QCAT), which found that our handling of the deposit was appropriate and in line with our obligations.

We always aim to be transparent and fair in our dealings, and we genuinely regret that you were dissatisfied with the outcome, despite the significant time and effort invested by our team.

Had Verto do our new kitchen in our high rise apartment, couldn’t fault them on quality, help with design choices, craftsmanship the list goes on . Shout out to Richard the Verto carpenter who did the install exceptional workmanship and manner. The whole Reno was stress free and professional. I feel the quote was super competitive. Again look no further than Verto for your kitchen renovation.

Verto Kitchens are an extremely professional business, from the very beginning to the end. I am so grateful we went with Verto, they ensured my kitchen was done to the very best detail. I had additional features, like the PITT Cooking gas hotplates that come out of the stone bench top for easy cooking and cleaning. The Blum cross dividers for my cooking pots, which I had in the Terra Black and placed in a black drawers, so that my pots would not mark the drawers, I am able to fit more in on their sides and are easily accessible. The dog bowls, for my three Pomeranians. The Blum dividers for my baking dishes and racks, so I can have them standing up and are easily accessible, I don’t have to take things out to get to what I want. All their licensed trades were professional and provided quality work, we loved Wes, the electrician, that even used a leveler to ensure the power-points were straight. Cory our installer was so good, no detail was too much for him. I would highly recommend Verto Kitchens for your new kitchen, it is a complicated and expensive renovation and I would not trust anyone else with the task. save yourself undue stress and go with the professionals. Verto Kitchens were great to deal with from initial consultation thru to the build. We had them do everything from old kitchen removal / electrical / plumbing / plastering - and I was surprised that all tradies showed up on time - everything ran so smoothly. We had a couple of issues that were rectified promptly and without question. Because of the flooring we had to follow the existing kitchen's layout - and it worked out perfectly. I love my new kitchen and would absolutely recommend Verto.
