“First met Molly Scott several years ago when she was with another landscape design company. Our project involved designing and building a fish pond and the associated landscaping. The results were awesome. Molly is now helping us replant the portion of our yard that was denuded by the recent derecho. She is reliable, responsible, and full of great ideas. She is also mindful of your concerns. On top of that, she's a delightful person, and I always look forward to her visits.”

“Outstanding. Robbi is a highly regarded professional, by homeowners like ourselves and the other companies (architects, builders, landscape companies), with whom she works. In fact, we researched Robbi and her company, as we watched another property in the area undergo its "transformation" by Woodburn and Company. This property is a showpiece in our community and we liked what we saw happening - and hired her. Unlike many landscape architects, Robbi listens. She listens very closely and then translates her client's vision masterfully! She is always on top of budgets, always stays connected and communicates at the highest level. She asks questions that her clients may not think to ask...exploring the pros and cons of any and all ideas. She executes in a timely fashion; so much so, that we trust her to take the lead with others involved in the project(s). “Easy choice … the duo of Jess and Scott McDermott delivers double value - two sets of eyes/ears and perspectives. They really listened to what we wanted. They offered options, rationale and clear communications- no jargon. They collaborated well with our builder and landscaping install team. They hand-selected species at the nursery, they were onsite for delivery and even replaced what did not meet their standards. They followed-up multiple times and came back on-site to check on growth. I will add pics after young plantings bloom. HIGHLY recommend with no reservation.”

Her hand-drawn designs are stunning and her sensitivity to your house, your yard, your personal aesthetic is clear when you see her multiple sketch options. She understands plants and choosing the right plant materials. She understands architecture and construction and designs projects that are buildable and meet all building codes while tackling all site-specific issues. As a project manager, Kerry keeps track of all the moving pieces to make sure everything happens according to plan Kerry is highly skilled, creative, organized, and overall lovely to work with.”

“Extremely professional and talented. Landscaping designs (hardscaping & plantings) are smart & reasonable. Encyclopedic knowledge of trees, shrubs and perennials!! Very friendly, outgoing personality. Truly enjoyed working with Irene in every way. Design was for entire side yard and back yard that included new retaining walls, patio re-dos (small & large) with natural stone, re-working available spaces to incorporate vegetable as well as flower gardens, seating areas, work areas. I cannot recommend Irene highly enough!”

“A site contractor recommended LM Land Design, LLC to me because of the very good working relationship he had with Lise on several residential projects. I was working on a limited budget and wanted to build on an overall landscape design for my residence that I could add to each year. I called LM Land Design, LLC and talked to Lise . Lise came out the next day and we got started on creating a working drawing. (Best move I could have made) Lise was extremely helpful, reasonable priced and offered a lot of great Ideas . LM Land Design, LLC provided: 1) a working drawing, 2) a plant list that fit the NH area, 3) Conceptual Design (ideas to contemplate,) 4) construction Planning, 5) gave me the ability to budget Thank You Lise, Ray Madore West Shore Road Windham NH”
