“We have teamed up with Pendleton DM on a number of projects, and with always exemplary results! They come onto any of our projects with a huge knowledge of their trees, plants and products to design amazing sites, while targeting our client's desired budget. Their water feature work is amazing! So natural and artistically built. They have access to some of the most amazing plants and trees that is hard to come by, and they have great buying power to give great pricing. “Chase did a great job helping us to design our double lot in Sugarhouse. We removed 80% of our grass and transformed our space into a water-smart, desert oasis and we love it. Chase and his team are hard workers and they follow up every season to make sure we are taken care of. “I have worked with Shalae on many projects. The most notable have been the Oasis Community Garden for the Junior League of Ogden, the Landscape and floor plan for a fire-stricken property that has converted to a gorgeous vacation rental, and most recently, the re-design of Lester Park, an under-utilized area in Ogden adjacent to our mid-century library. Shalae and her team have been indispensable in designing appealing and useful spaces that are realistic. In watching the end-product in action, it has been her thoughtful research that makes the spaces work as intended.”

“August started by asking us some of our needs and preferences. We had some strong preferences regarding some aspects of the yard and didn't know what we wanted for other aspects. He took what we gave him and put together a plan that was carefully thought out for usability and beauty. We knew our family and neighbors would be impressed. When we received the first draft we loved most of it, though we did realize we want to change certain aspects. August was more than willing to give us a call to talk through the changes, and we spent more than an hour talking through what we wanted and taking in his expertise. We went through a few more drafts, and each time he was willing to make whatever changes we wanted while offering his recommendations when needed. He remained patient even when we changed our minds back and forth a couple times. Overall, he was fantastic to work with.”
