“We engaged Waterside for a re-design of our garden. They combined some of our ideas with their experience and we agreed a start date and completion date. The work was carried out as agreed, on budget and on time! We are very happy with it and 6 months on would highly recommend Waterside for projects of varying size and complexity .”

“I had a fairly large border (approx 8m x 5m) which had been neglected for a few years. I wanted to create a low maintenance flower bed and liked the idea of a country garden look. Ben and Paul came round and assessed what was there in terms of position (light/shade), soil and the shrubs which were worth retaining. We also discussed budget. I then received a planting plan with a quotation and commissioned the work. The bed was cleared and planted mid June and I am delighted with the result. I now have a bed which will flower more or less from May to September and will require increasingly less maintenance as it matures. FGD are extremely knowledgeable and gave me advice on other areas of my garden (not areas which will result in work for them). I do have another two areas which do need a makeover and I will certainly commission them to undertake the project.”

The end result was beyond our expectations - our garden now looks like a peaceful oasis with beautiful plants and a lovely seating area. “Vicki is an excellent garden designer. She really listened to the brief I gave her and delivered an exceptionally beautiful garden which is easy to maintain but has all the elements which we requested. It has year round colour and interest - which was not easy to achieve considering that we have really poor soil. She never minded if I vetoed a plant suggestion that she had made and always came up with several more possibilities. We get so much pleasure from our garden now and Vicki continues to provide advice and help. I can't rate her highly enough!”

“I hired WH to landscape our garden, which involved removing grass and relaying new lawn, extending flower beds. planting new trees and shrubs; and to modify the front area of the house to create more parking space. WH proved to be very reliable, always advising me ahead of time in case of schedule issue; they work with extra care to minimise the inconvenience and the results are better than expected when I decided the project. I will use them again.”

“We appointed Pehrsson Scott to carry out the design and the construction of our town garden in Hertfordshire. We found Henry and the team to be very responsive and engaging at all times. They listened to our brief and involved us in the design process ensuring we understood every detail and were happy with the design before signing off each stage. They gave us a clear understanding of the costs from the outset and were always approachable and pleasant to deal with once the work began.
