“Twenty years ago I had the lucky opportunity to meet and subsequently hire John Zito of Zito Landscape Design to design and install landscaping on my recently purchased 2 + acre homesite. The transformation from virtually nothing on the property to the finished product was nothing short of miraculous. From the Tennessee river rock waterfall to the now 30' high front Madjool palms, this property was transformed into "Shangri la" (the mythical paradise described in the novel "The Lost Horizon" The property has a perfect blend of oaks and palms with corner to corner shrubbery and two water features.
His design work is extremely detailed, the installation crew second to none and the follow up extraordinary. We just recently remodeled the house and decided to upgrade the landscape lighting which ZLD also does as well as install more features around the waterfall and property.”
