“Frustrated with my patio and the rusting wrought iron furniture I never used, I desperately needed some help. That's when I met Eva, from Austin Ganim Landscape Design, LLC. She made suggestions as to what type of furniture to buy, designed a layout, and helped me choose beautiful plant containers. That was just the beginning, since our original encounter, Eva and her team come over every season and fill the containers with flowers and plants, creating new and beautiful scenes. I am always impressed, and always look forward to what she'll come up with next. My favorite thus far may be this past Fall, my planters were filled with mums, kale, and chili peppers, among other things! She is extremely talented, uniquely artistic, and a pleasure to work with.”

“Dede Delaney and Redtwig Garden Design have been working with me on our gardens since 2010. Redtwig has installed a cottage style front border featuring native species and herbs, a cutting garden, a shade border under spruce and white birch, and a blueberry and cranberry border on our pond, a lilac and peony border and provided maintenance and upgrades to existing areas. Dede is always mindful of our budget and has arrived and completed projects in a timely manner. Her suggestions are always helpful, her designs are impactful, her attitude is willing and cooperative. It will be my pleasure to continue working with Dede and Redtwig Garden Design -- I have recommended her to family and friends -- they have been equally pleased and impressed.”

“We have engaged Outdoor Lifestyles for several projects on our property. From the beginning discussions about design, Drew Kenny was enthusiastic and offered creative ideas. Reasonable budgets and clear timelines upfront were appreciated and helpful to us. Once the work began, it was clear everyone involved in the project were true professionals. The worksite was left tidy each day and Drew continually checked in with updates on the progress. The ultimate testament of the work was the end result! Beautiful and unique! “I have had the pleasure to know Bebe (Gardens by Design) for over 20 years. She has transformed my gardens into displays of artwork. She tirelessly designs, picks out planting’s and many other details which are too numerous to mention. She does it all. Her staff also maintain my gardens better than I can. What sets her apart from anyone else is she is always thinking of how the design will affect or compliment the environment. She uses all organic organisms to solve any pest issues that may arise. I would highly recommend Gardens by Design.”

“We have been using Dian Barnes for all of our landscape design projects for nearly 10 years (including 2 large scale projects and ongoing maintenance) and have been extremely happy with her work. She is experienced, creative, personable, and easy to work with. She is reliable with deadlines and commitments and takes pride in her work. Best of all, the end result is stunning!!! A few years ago, she helped us with our pool project. (see pics of Avon Staycation project). We installed an in-ground pool, and built a pool house. She was involved in the project from the very beginning. Not only did she design all landscaping related to the project, but she helped us manage the whole project overall, from selection of contractors, assistance with decision-making on a million tiny details, and project management during the installation phase, to final touches like gorgeous planters (which she continues to maintain for us each year). I can't say enough about how fabulous her work has been. We will continue to use Dian Barnes for all of our landscape design work for years to come!”

“Richard is a very professional personable and well versed landscape artist! I have used Richard to landscape my home, my courtyard, and have recommended his services to my neighbor(used Richard) and friends! Richard has extensive knowlege of perenials, bushes, trees, soil, top dressings, and how best to feature each plant in the garden! He has a very high work ethic and guarantees his work and his plants! Richard will often stop by to check on the plants to see how they are doing and if there is a better location in the garden for the plant, he will replant! Richard's work ethic is superb, and his workers also! Don't hesitate to contact him and see the magic he can perform in your garden for all season color! “We interviewed several landscaping contractors for some fairly large projects at our home in Madison, CT. We wanted a row of 15-20 foot evergreens planted, the patio pavers extended around the pool, a french drain dug, masonry around the hot tub, epic amounts of mulching and general landscape maintenance. Of those we interviewed, Mr. Langer was the most knowledgeable and professional, helping us to visualize possible plantings and revise as often as we needed. His cost was fair. The work was completed on time or ahead of schedule, and we are thrilled with the quality. He heads up an excellent team and we are very pleased with the job that Langer Landscaping accomplished. I highly recommend this business it's fair to say that I would hire them again -- we plan to make additional improvements and look forward to working with Mr; Langer and his team.”
