“Elen designed a plan for a small plot that was effective at utilizing the existing plants, giving a simple and elegant finish to a previously haphazard garden. in addition, the planting plan she provided solved the problem of a very difficult water logged clay soil. She is full of knowledge and methodical in her approach.”

“Green Dot offer a superb garden design service from start to finish. We have been extremely happy with the design which Jamie has created for our sloped garden, with the end result far exceeding our expectations. All design elements which we requested have been incorporated (plus some we hadn't even thought of but love) and when the original design came in over budget, Jamie was happy to tweak it to bring it back in line. “Acres Wild - Talented garden designers I can't recommend these guys highly enough. 14 years ago I built a house on a high Wealden site in East Sussex and brought in Acres Wild to design the gardens. Their brief was to make it look like it had been there for ever, even though they basically started with a muddy field. They created a strong structure with a series of garden 'rooms' which became less formal further away from the house, and used heavy planting. They work on the basis of survival of the fittest. Since then the garden has matured and been featured in several magazines. The walled potager, built with 200-year-old bricks, even won a Sussex Heritage Award two years after it was built. If you want a formal knot garden or something very contemporary with water dribbling down a sheet of metal then Ian and Debbie would probably not be your first port of call. But if you want a stunning garden that you'll love to live in then you won't find better garden designers.”

“We have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending Andy Stedman Design, we could not be happier with the garden he designed and built for us. Andy worked with us to produce the initial design. He very quickly understood our requirements and produced a fabulous design that both met with the constraints of the plot and our exacting needs. We were then further impressed by Andy's post-design planning. He was able to demonstrate to us the process that would take us from the initial design through to completion. It was very professional and gave us complete confidence that he could deliver the garden of our dreams. Andy's landscaping team then carried out the works. Andy remained closely involved in the project on at least a daily basis, and he project managed extremely well. His team were friendly, respectful and polite, and a pleasure to have on site. The garden is complete now and is outstanding and I doubt very much that we would have achieved such an excellent result from another supplier. Andy's attention to detail was outstanding and ensured a quality of delivery that was far above anything we have experienced in the past. “Jev and his team did a fantastic job on our garden in SW London. They transformed our small back garden into a space that the children and we just love and maximises the space we have. They did exactly what they said they would do, in the time frames we had agreed and were flexible and pragmatic to finding solutions to any issues that arose. They were also very respectful of being in our home and with our children here. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend them. Chris and Rebecca”

“Jo Chater designed our garden nine years ago when we bought a house that had recently been redeveloped and the garden had been badly damaged and compromised by the building works. Jo’s design and vision has resulted in our garden being a huge asset to our house: another beautiful room; and it is a pleasure to look at and use. Jo’s expertise included not just her plant knowledge and horticultural understanding, but also the overall task of turning this vision into reality, overseeing all the hard landscaping, the laying of the new lawn and the creation of a raised pond. Jo also kept within the allocated budget and clearly explained our options within this. Our garden has flourished over the last nine years and the design has proved to be the basis for it having matured into a beautiful space. It is much complimented by all who visit.
