“DeMichele, Inc. drastically improved our property. They installed a brick front walkway and flagstone steps (with lighting) leading to our front door. They spruced up our portico by capping the wood with siding, adding new columns and a flagstone landing. Also, Belgian blocks were installed along the edge of our driveway. Lastly they provided an excellent design plan and added all new landscaping. Everyone of the staff were wonderful to work with. Elizabeth was very patient with the millions of questions I had and very knowledgeable about the different plant options. The landscaping was done in November and Elizabeth followed up in the spring to make sure all of the plants survived the winter. The crew that did the work, led by Thomas (accent over the a?) were very friendly and did a great job. We are very happy with the final result and would definitely recommend DeMichele. “Matt Benzi is knowledgable about trees and plants. We appreciate his environmentally aware, sustainable approach to all landscape issues. We have been suffering away with lawn cutters and landscapers who don't seem to get that grass does not need mowing every week. It's easier and better for their business we suppose but not good for grass and plants. Matt seems to look at projects holistically and to use native plants and understands the local conditions. He's prompt with communication and job completion and if you're lucky Shadow(his magical dog) accompanies him on projects.
