“We have been using Dian Barnes for all of our landscape design projects for nearly 10 years (including 2 large scale projects and ongoing maintenance) and have been extremely happy with her work. She is experienced, creative, personable, and easy to work with. She is reliable with deadlines and commitments and takes pride in her work. Best of all, the end result is stunning!!! A few years ago, she helped us with our pool project. (see pics of Avon Staycation project). We installed an in-ground pool, and built a pool house. She was involved in the project from the very beginning. Not only did she design all landscaping related to the project, but she helped us manage the whole project overall, from selection of contractors, assistance with decision-making on a million tiny details, and project management during the installation phase, to final touches like gorgeous planters (which she continues to maintain for us each year). I can't say enough about how fabulous her work has been. We will continue to use Dian Barnes for all of our landscape design work for years to come!”

“I wanted a unique Brooklyn backyard that was striking and pleasing. Something that maximized its size, shape, sun and shade. I believe that was accomplished to the max. FireDean was always up front with time and cost. He provided a blueprint and photoshop picture of the finished garden and an itemized list of all plants, material and labor costs. Any changes were agreed upon beforehand. The stonework took a little longer than expected because of his attention to detail. Our back and forth communication was always prompt and complete. I trust FireDean to always do excellent work. He prides himself on his finished product and pleasing his customer. He did both in my case. I know I'll have years of pleasure with my backyard. Brook Clark came highly recommended by my neighbor and his property looks amazing! My goal was to have a natural-looking landscape with a contemporary feel and BCLA delivered just that. The Master Plan addressed everything on my wishlist and the construction documents make the bidding and installation process easy. Well worth the investment to have a landscape architect guide me through the process from start to finish. Now that the job is complete I am proud to host outdoor gatherings in my beautiful yard!”

“I hired TJB to renovate my 2 walkways, and widen my driveway to accommodate another vehicle. Ted's guys arrived on time, kept me up to date on the progress of the 2 jobs, and more importantly finished on time. TJB not only did an excellent job but also fixed a couple of items not in the the original quote for free. I will definitely use TJB again in the future and would also highly recommend their services.”

“Richard is a very professional personable and well versed landscape artist! I have used Richard to landscape my home, my courtyard, and have recommended his services to my neighbor(used Richard) and friends! Richard has extensive knowlege of perenials, bushes, trees, soil, top dressings, and how best to feature each plant in the garden! He has a very high work ethic and guarantees his work and his plants! Richard will often stop by to check on the plants to see how they are doing and if there is a better location in the garden for the plant, he will replant! Richard's work ethic is superb, and his workers also! Don't hesitate to contact him and see the magic he can perform in your garden for all season color! “We have been working yearly with Tomich Landscaping since 2008. Our property is about 13 acres and a complete landscaping plan was needed, which has been continually updated each year. Working with Tomich has been an absolute pleasure. They are the most creative landscapers we have ever worked with. Their people are hardworking, reliable and flexible. Their plans are tasteful and their follow through is excellent. But most of all, Chris Tomich is a fine person and a true professional.”

“Karen has guided three garden projects for us and she is always a pleasure to work with. She was keen to understand my needs, desires and goals and then brought thoughtful, creative ideas to layer on. She respects the land and the context of each project, and her proposal are well considered. But she is open and will adjust and refine with my input to provide the ideal plan. Then, she oversees the execution and ensures the best-quality work is delivered.r The latest project was a 20x20 encloses vegetable garden using feeding troughs for raised beds. It is highly functional and beautiful in all seasons. Not a great pic attached, but you can see how the garden keeps the deer out!”
