“We hired Futurity to do a landscape review of our historic property located in Princeton, NJ. We wanted to protect the integrity of the original gardens, while at the same time create a plan that would bring the gardens into the 21st century. David Bier of Futurity was at the helm of the project from the first meeting. He has an uncanny eye for color and dimension and an amazing understanding of landscape engineering. Under Dave's direction, Futurity solved a severe drainage problem that was undermining the vitality of the original gardens. Once he solved the drainage issue, Dave and his team worked with us closely and carefully ti choose the best planting materials for the yard. Dave took three acres of neglected gardens and turned them into a masterpiece of individual areas that are beautiful on their own, but that likewise flow from one into the other to create a cohesive and very, very lovely whole.. I've worked with many landscape architects over the years. Dave and Futurity are the absolute best.”
