“I highly recommend Pat Bernard Design, Inc. In the summer of 2009, I hired Pat Bernard Design to transform an underused front patio into a relaxing garden and entertaining space. The results where outstanding. For reference, the front patio is below ground level as part of my garden unit condo. Originally the patio was just a brick floor with some common shrubs around the edges - very drab and uninspiring. Pat Bernard’s re-design incorporated a stone seating wall that enclosed and bordered raised flower, plant and tree beds, thus providing the perfect combination of entertainment seating and low maintenance shade plants/flowers and trees without using too much square footage. The Japanese maple trees that Pat chose and planted are the patio garden's pride and joy! Pat also installed low-voltage lighting which really highlights the trees, plants and flowers during the evening while also providing a sense of calm and relaxation. In terms of execution, Pat and her team were prompt, timely, thorough, communicative, professional and courteous throughout the entire process. “Brian and his team have done some phenomenal work us; from the design to the day-to-day work to the communication of how everything has been going, we have truly been impressed. Our front yard had been neglected for some time and needed a LOT of work. As soon as we reached out to Awad Landscapes through their website, we received a response and set up a meeting for them to check out our yard. As soon as Brian arrived, it was clear that he was a landscaping authority. He quickly let us know of any issues we had inherited (grading issues, invasive bushes, etc.). He also began to give us some ideas on the types of things we could do to improve our curb appeal. In the design phase, we gave Brian a lot of leeway for creativity. The renderings he provided were absolutely beautiful; we had NO changes to the design. He nailed it! He also let us know of the things that we could and couldn't do with the budget that we had in mind. We felt that he really wanted to work with us and was always quick to respond. When it ultimately came down to turning the design into a reality, we were even more impressed by Brian and his team's work ethic. Brian's team was working late hours, even weekends, to get all of the work done for us. Upon seeing rain in the forecast one Sunday morning, a member of Brian's team came to get some work done and cover anything that could be damaged. After the rain had come through, he came back later that day to finish the job. Truly impressive work ethic and customer service. Of course, the work itself, which included hard and softscapes, came out beautifully; even better than we had imagined! Brian used quality products and upgraded our brick pavers. He helped us absorb some of the additional costs due to unforeseen conditions and set up sprinklers for us on timers to water our sod when we were away at work. He's also been making trips up to our house every so often just to see how things are going or to add mulch in different areas to improve the look of our yard. Brian and his team have truly been a pleasure to work with. We know that we can always keep his contact information handy in the event that we have any questions or more landscaping work and we've received numerous compliments on our yard ever since.”

“My wife and I had built a house and asked Brian from Forest Landscaping for an estimate to sod our front and down the sides to the rear of the house, brick boarder around the house with 18in of stone between the house and boarder, seed and blanket the backyard, plant a bradford pear tree that he grew on his property, and plant 6 other bushes and plants. He listened to what we wanted made suggestions and made a rendition of what the project would look like finished with the house. The price for what we asked was very reasonable and we accepted. We scheduled a day to have the work completed. I left for work at 6 a.m. and arrived home at 4 p.m. the work was 100% completed and cleaned up. Very professional and very personable group of employees! We will use Forest Landscaping in the future to build us a retaining wall in our backyard. We look forward to working with them again!”
