“Twenty years ago I had the lucky opportunity to meet and subsequently hire John Zito of Zito Landscape Design to design and install landscaping on my recently purchased 2 + acre homesite. The transformation from virtually nothing on the property to the finished product was nothing short of miraculous. From the Tennessee river rock waterfall to the now 30' high front Madjool palms, this property was transformed into "Shangri la" (the mythical paradise described in the novel "The Lost Horizon" The property has a perfect blend of oaks and palms with corner to corner shrubbery and two water features. His design work is extremely detailed, the installation crew second to none and the follow up extraordinary. We just recently remodeled the house and decided to upgrade the landscape lighting which ZLD also does as well as install more features around the waterfall and property.”

“I needed to fix a muddy flooding problem that I had on the side of my house plus I needed all the white-fly eaten Ficus trees removed. I called Broward Landscape because they care for the lawns in my son's development and it always looks so nice. They did not disappoint. Chase and his crew removed all Ficus, planted hedges that the white flies do not like, dug a trench for the water and put rock on the whole side of the house so there is no more mud! I would highly recommend them.”

“We met Mike at best landscaping at a home show. He was very professional and spent a lot of time with us explaining different trees. I asked for an estimate, within a few days he came to my house, studied the area and within 2 days i had an estimate, i approved it and within a week everything was delivered and planted. His workers were remarkable, very professional and they did a great job. I was very pleased but most of all everyone in my community called me to tell me how great everything looked. “Mr. Filigenzi is extremely creative and knowledgeable about modern landscape design, having worked with the award-winning Raymond Jungles firm before launching out on his own. Despite never having worked in my city before, he was able to quickly assemble a talented and dependable group of subcontractors. I found him easy to work with and able to quickly come up with multiple ideas for my backyard design dilemmas. Although the project took a little longer than expected, he stayed on budget and delivered a stylish, comfortable, and beautifully finished space. My project was the renovation of an area bordered by a small creek; it included a gravel path along the creek, a pond with a blue glass mosaic waterfall, a curved deck cantilevering out over the creek, a boomerang-shaped concrete bench, and a large modern "bird" sculpture that was hand-built on the site. I recommend Mr. Filigenzi without any reservation for a beautiful modern green space that will draw people outside and invite nature back into the city.”

“I hired Tyler to work with my son and his wife to design a plan for his home in coconut grove. He was punctual, respectful and well educated on what would work best for his property. We are extremely pleased with his design work and my son described him as a hidden gem. We had a tight budget as well and he was so very flexible in offering alternative plants that could provide the function needed at a lower cost. I am now in the process of bidding out the design work to a landscaper. As they perform very different functions, I would recommend that if you are looking to landscape your yard, you use Tyler for the design and a landscaper for the implementation. He also provides a service to inspect all plants that the landscaper acquires to assure they are the right ones and that they are healthy.”
