Helene has done a great job designing and implementing a large, traditional border and shrubbery, advising on garden planning, planting and how a garden might grow in the long term. This is an ongoing relationship so project length and cost are indicative. Top marks. Highly recommended.”

“I have absolutely loved working with Amber. We decided to use a garden designer as we don't know enough about plants, what they like and where they should go, and also how to put them together. The process of working with Amber has been amazing - she's talked us through our likes and dislikes, come back with some initial ideas, which between us we've solidified into a final design. She guided us with mood boards, plant ideas, garden structure and has looked at every element of the design, including lighting. The drawings are so through and professional and she's given us copies which show how the plants will look in flower, evergreen and separate drawings for the structures, plus suggestions on materials, lights and everything! I had no understanding of how involved the process would be but Amber's knowledge, professionalism and enthusiasm has made working with her an absolute pleasure. I can't recommend her highly enough and can't wait to see our garden come to life! :)”

“Vicki is an excellent garden designer. She really listened to the brief I gave her and delivered an exceptionally beautiful garden which is easy to maintain but has all the elements which we requested. It has year round colour and interest - which was not easy to achieve considering that we have really poor soil. She never minded if I vetoed a plant suggestion that she had made and always came up with several more possibilities. We get so much pleasure from our garden now and Vicki continues to provide advice and help. I can't rate her highly enough!”

“Highly knowledgeable about all aspects of planting in the garden. Impressive practical knowledge and skills when it comes to maintenance of a garden, bearing in mind budget implications and restrictions. There is not much Bramley Apple doesn't know about garden design, demonstrating a willingness and skill to research an effective solution to problems such as poor soil, challenging landscapes or difficult areas within the garden. After five years, our garden is maturing into a wonderful space which is used daily and has given us such lasting pleasure. We couldn't have wished for a better design!”

“Rebecca completely designed our rear garden. We were particularly pleased with the process as she listened to our views and desires regarding planting and styles. We were also provided with several plans (including concept, layout and planting) throughout the design process which helped to visualise the final look. “We are absolutely delighted with the way Anthos Garden Design has helped us transform our outside space. Jane was very accommodating from the outset, visiting our home and finding out from ourselves what our specifications were for the space. From this initial visit, Jane was able to come up with a design that completely matched our hopes as well as our budget. She also helped us in terms of finding contractors to carry out the work (optional) and was available for consultation and advice throughout the process. She carried out visits whilst the work was taking place, which gave us great peace of mind. Her knowledge of planting was impressive and I must say as each year passes, and as the plants become more established we continue to be grateful for enlisting the expertise of Anthos Garden Design. Our garden has been transformed from a barren soulless place to a lush tranquil oasis. Perfect.”

“Aralia designed and built our small garden, transforming the ragged mish-mash of unplanned year-on-year additions into a more modern space with two water features and plenty of room to sit at various points to admire the planting and the design. Height is achieved through pleached hornbeams, black bamboo (which grows up rather than out) and a crab apple. The illusion of greater space in what is a small garden is provided by the rill and pond and pathways. Distinct planted areas now lead the eye to the flowers and plants. All completed with the minimum fuss and in good time.”
