“Our project was to develop a medium-sized garden, four miles from the Sussex coast, which faces south-west and suffers strong winds, lethal for many plant species, Barry Chambers of Changing Scenes, of Bognor Regis, successfully designed a colourful garden of raised flower beds, mature trees, large shrubs, a vegetable and sitting area and a stone beach with seaside plants, creating a frame for views across fields and glorious sunsets. The work was put out to tender to about five firms, with husband and wife team Keymer Landscapes, of Barnham, Bognor Regis, who I would also recommend, selected. Barry Chambers' knowledge of plants, and their survival in these conditions, is excellent, as is his ability to explain his choices without pretension. The construction and gardening was hands-on supervised by Barry who regularly returns, post-project, to add plants and check the progress of the garden and its maintenance. “We are so impressed with the quality of this product and the creativity of these designs . The modular PODDs in particular are stunning and clearly transform an outdoor area into a versatile and stylish way of life. We don't have heaps of room in our outdoor area so was great to see the various projects they've completed for courtyards and townhouses - it gives us hope that garden designers out there are thinking outside the box! Looks amazing.”

“Love my garden makeover! Transformed a dull square laid to lawn plot into an oasis of calm. The combination of wildflowers, prairie planting, and year round interest continues to give me (and the local wildlife) pleasure. We asked the team to come back and redesign our front garden too. “We have employed the services of Luke from Roeder Landscapes over the past two years in planting up new beds, a small orchard and for lawn maintenance We are very happy with the results. His designs took full consideration of our ideas and built on these with further options taking into account soil conditions and aspect. Great attention was paid to bed preparation prior to planting which ensured the best growing conditions. Work was carried out efficiently with the minimum of fuss. He is now in the process of planting a wild flower meadow for us.”

“We called on Ruth for help to turn part of our unused south facing driveway into a small garden space. We wanted privacy, but at the same time didn't want to create a bleak barrier to the surrounding neighbours. Ruth's design blew us away and we knew from the offset that she got us. We were lucky enough to be able to do the work ourselves, but Ruth has been with us all the way - troubleshooting effectively when needed and encouraging us with her enthusiasm for the project. The outcome is a stunning, private, contemporary sun trap that we use every day. We can't recommend Ruth highly enough.”

“I hired WH to landscape our garden, which involved removing grass and relaying new lawn, extending flower beds. planting new trees and shrubs; and to modify the front area of the house to create more parking space. WH proved to be very reliable, always advising me ahead of time in case of schedule issue; they work with extra care to minimise the inconvenience and the results are better than expected when I decided the project. I will use them again.”

“I used Simon to design the front and back garden of my Victorian London terrace house. I can't rate him highly enough, from the initial meeting where he listened to what I was after through to the designs, ideas and tendering process, he was professional throughout and a joy to work with. Having used a different company before on another project, I would always go back to Simon now. The final result looks amazing and my wife and I are very very happy with it.”

“Very impressed by this firm. It's true to say that they took us 'on a journey', converting our small garden which had become a bit of a 'rewilding project' to something beautiful and usable. Scott visited us, and we decided to go for his design service, and he came up with three plans. Once the garden was cleared of four Leylandii and an apple tree, he came up with a fourth which we ultimately went with. Once the work started, we soon saw that James, the foreman on site, was a real perfectionist, and ably assisted by Jim and Mikey, it was a delight to see a mess transformed into something we're looking forward to using. After completion, we had a couple of minor snagging issues, and all resolved speedily and to our complete satisfaction. Apart from anything else, they're all nice people, and we're missing them already. No hesitation in recommending this firm.”
