“My wife and I recently moved to Elk Grove from the Bay Area and we wanted to remodel the front patio of our new house. We consulted 3 other companies, but when we met Lucy we decided to go with Advanced Pavers because she actually listened to what we wanted and created a designed as we pictured. Throughout the entire process Lucy and the owner, Edgar, were very responsive and at end of the project our patio was just like we dreamed. They made the enire process effortless. “Michael is a master! Not only is he a creative designer with an amazing aesthetic, but he created a very functional space that I use every day. My family and friends will always choose my backyard for dining above any restaurant because the beauty and tranquility of my outdoor space creates the best kind of mood for social gatherings. My landscaping is gorgeous and easy to maintain. My backyard is now an extra room in my home, an annuity that I did not consider when I first started planning to re-design my yard. I am so glad that I hired Michael to design my yard because he solved all the problems of the previous landscaping: I now have excellent drainage, complete privacy, a water feature that eliminates any traffic noise, and shade that makes my south facing yard habitable, even in the middle of the day. My yard and budget were modest, but Michael worked with me to find the right balance between investment and affordability.”

“Owner Cathie Tritel is very knowledgeable of plant, flower and tree placement in relation to sunrise/sunset orientation of homeowner's yard. Her project drawings are extremely detailed, leaving no room for speculation by the landscape contractor she selects. She also is exceptionally good at balancing design and color of all hardscape elements like Roman stamped concrete, seatwall, raised garden, flower pots, lighting, etc. with shrub, trees and flower placements. Result for us was a well-balanced and aesthetically pleasing yard. She also is good at keeping the landscape contractor on schedule and ensuring all work meets her high quality standards. She even took the time to teach us yard care basics like pruning and proper watering. We are extremely glad we selected Bluestar to do our backyard makeover! Even though it's winter, flowers are blooming now!”

“Best service provider of all I have used, including, but not limited to landscape services. Executive Care builds a relationship with the customer, does not just do the job. Works to understand priorities and needs; listens to suggestions. My property is about one acre. Executive Care has done reasonably extensive re-landscaping to four areas. Total cost ~$70K over three years, 2016-2018. I now use them for annual maintenance. Highly recommend!”

“I want you to know that I am very happy with the final plant choices. I am not sure how you did it but, some how you were able to decipher what we wanted the end results to be in our yard. Some days I was not sure what we wanted! Our yard is now not only beautiful but, most importantly manageable!!! We no longer have to spend hours weekly trying to maintain the landscape. Instead we now get to spend that time enjoying being outside in our yard. I really appreciate that you were available to check everything after installation and make appropriate substitutions. You are right it was a learning experience for everyone. Thank you for your patience and holding my hand through the process. I enjoyed working with you. I have already sent your information on to several people who have come to look at our yard.”

“We hired Chris Corbett Design to transform our front/side/back yards into beautiful spaces that we can use year-round. We could not be happier with the end result! Chris is a true professional from the design through construction phases. During design, he was very thoughtful about how the yard design (from layout to materials) would relate to our mid-century modern house. He was conscious of our budget and made decisions to use quality materials and craftsmen where it counted. He took the time to show us extensive samples - either in person or via photos- of all of his design ideas, including landscape plants and materials. Chris is happy to offer suggestions when asked, and to incorporate clients' ideas into his designs. He is detail oriented and we were very comfortable with his oversight of the whole project. Overall, we would give Chris our highest recommendation!”

“Turf-n-Tree did an amazing job creating a dream backyard in the empty lot of our new home. We have nothing but raves for their skill and attention to detail in all areas - hardscape, irrigation, drainage, planting, lighting, etc. Everyone on the team was always friendly, hardworking and open to changes as the installation progressed. We started with our own conceptual sketch, and Oscar, the project manager, proposed changes/features that really enhanced our design. His communication was great throughout the project, inviting our input for every construction detail that was important to us. We love how it turned out! Thank you, Turf-n-Tree!”
