“We contracted with The Landscape Design Center to provide a consultation and subsequent installation of a full landscape lighting update. Although we already had landscape lighting in place for a number of years, as the trees and shrubs have grown we were feeling like the existing lighting did not accentuate the natural beauty of the property nor did it provide adequate path lighting on parts of the property. Our first step was to meet with a Landscape Designer from the Landscape Design Center. She was very knowledgeable with great and creative ideas..... Exactly what we needed. She not only designed the project but also managed the project from start to finish. She also coordinated with our electrician to ensure proper coordination with out Lutron System. In all aspects, she was outstanding! The installation itself was also outstanding. This was a complete makeover. So we expected the lawn and planting beds may be pretty torn up when the project was complete. We were surprised when that was not the case at all. All of the installation was done in a professional and clean manner. You can barely tell that we had any work done at all. The end result is amazing. The new lighting brings out all the best in the property. We can't wait until warmer weather when we spend more time outdoors and really get to enjoy it even more.”

“We have hired Laura for several jobs in our yard, including building a 3-section compost bin with removable slats, an enclosure for our vegetable garden, and a very large fence enclosure for our dogs. The projects were done a few years ago, and there has been no deterioration at all in the materials, even with the rather severe weather we have had. Laura was always punctual, communicated clearly with us, worked very hard for long days, and completed her work without requiring any supervision or additional instruction. She is careful to use materials that are environmentally safe. Her work is of the highest quality; even other contractors seeing her work have commented on how well done the projects have been.”

“We have been clients of ILD for nearly 20 years. They designed, and maintained our grounds, gardens, ponds & water features, including the landscaping for two distinctly different homes. Like player-coaches, the owners of ILD are on the job from design consultation to hands on working the grounds, and paying attention to every detail that goes into the overall plan until completion. They are a start to finish company that stands behind their work and maintains a personal relationship with their customers. No job is too small or too large. When we moved an hour away from the home where ILD designed and maintained our gardens we had occasion to consider other landscapers only to swiftly return to ILD as their customer service, quality, and overall skill set are second to none.”

“Green Future is a full service landscape and tree service. The owner is a certified arborist who was very helpful in explaining choices with trees in my front yard. His company also designed and installed a paver driveway on my very hilly property. The results were not only beautiful, but very practical. We've had a lot of snow and ice this winter and my driveway drains the moisture better than expected. The company owns the specialized equipment needed for difficult tree jobs and construction. The services were detailed in writing and when a change was need, it was discussed and then put into writing. I plan to use this company again in the future as they were very professional and delivered a good product.”

“If you have water issues on your property; have little or no experience on how to stop your property from becoming a swimming pool; and, are looking for the best solution, and a company that complete the job just like they said they would, you need to contact this company. My backyard has more definition and useful space. I would give all my landscaping projects to Zabrene Scapes.”

“Cape Landscape Contractors have been working at my home for 18 to 20 years. Landscaping, patio work, snow removal, general upkeep, mowing, mulch, leaf removal and weeding. I opened my business, Annapolis Wedding Chapel 8 years. the grounds were barren - and there was one dead plant at the corner of the building. They installed a large patio for weddings, grasses, plants, mulch, stone work, weeding and so much more. Cutting grass every week and keeping the property picture perfect! So many people in the area have stopped into the chapel and asked for their business card.”

“We hired Bella Terra Landscapes to build a hardscape front patio on our home. The owner, Mike Schimmel, came to our home to give us an estimate and right away we were impressed with his presentation of ideas for the patio. He gave us a little background of his company and we were equally impressed with the fact that he and his staff, on a regular basis, keep their certifications current and attend classes in the field to always provide for new and innovative ideas and techniques. Mike sent a 4-man crew to our home and each member of that crew was dressed in uniform provided by Bella Terra. Mike would show up everyday at our home and discuss the plan for the day with the crew. Each guy knew their daily role and they hardly took break. Each member of the crew took pride in their work, checking and rechecking each move they made. The finished product was spectacular!! We have gotten so many compliments from neighbors on the job --- and we have given out the 8 business cards Mike left for us to neighbors who are now interested in having Bella Terra doing some work for them. Overall, Mike and Bella Terra Landscapes is a great company, with a great crew!! Mike was always available and returned our calls in a timely manner. You really get what you pay for with Bella Terra Landscapes. We highly recommend this company for any of your hardscape needs!! We would hire this company again in a heart beat!! “We have used Architectural Gardens for several years. They designed and landscaped our yard (installing a retaining wall and planting plants appropriate for this area- drought resistant and deer resistant) and based on their recommendations we have color throughout the spring, summer and fall. We have an annual contract that requires them to prune and tend to our plants and plantings in the spring and fall. We have found their prices reasonable given the amount of effort their landscape teams spend on our property. Their workers are courteous, considerate and communication is not a problem. The AG management team responds promptly to our queries and emails and is on-site at the start of any project or scheduled work. Missy frequently provides input on how best to care for our plants. She is very hands on. We have recommended this company to our neighbors and friends in other communities. Project Date is most recent of many projects.”
