“CC leveled and put paving stones on my rear deck area. They were punctual, respectful, friendly and worked very hard. They used a creative idea on the stairs that is my favourite feature. There have been no sinking nor shifting of the stones. There are a couple minor angle issues which kept me from giving 5 stars. I have recommended these guys and will continue to do so; not for their low prices, but for the quality of my experience with them..”

“Blue Bear Landscape Concstruction (Mike Koch) has transformed a problem spot in our garden into a fascinating meditation garden with a contemporary water feature and a careful selection of plants, rocks, and driftwood. This job included the construction of a small rock wall and the installation of feature lights. There is always something blooming yet at the same time it is low maintenance. We are often observing different birds and squirrels that visit the water fountain or the flowers.
Mike was pleasant to have around. He is a hardworking fellow who completed the job on time and on budget. We appreciated his design skills to create such an enjoyable tranquil spot. Mike's work does not only look good on the surface, he knows how to build solidly underneath to make things last. We are planning to hire Mike again to re-design our front yard and entrance area. I recommend Mike's work to my friends and family.”

“Jennifer Lasko assisted us with the renovation of the planters and plants on the terrace of our Vancouver condo in the summer of 2017. Our condo has a large 1000 square foot terrace and when we purchased the condo it came with a collection of uninspired and over grown planters and plants.
Jennifer took the time to understand our tastes and how we wanted to use the terrace. We even visited several garden supply centres together so we could discuss what different styles of planters and what plants were available. Then she provided us with an overall design for the renovation of the terrace that included planters, arrangements and plants to complement the way we used the terrace.
Jennifer delivered all of the new planters, plants and supplies to our condo and was willing to have us help as much or as little as we wanted. She also took away of the old planters and plants as part of her work.
Visitors never fail to comment on how beautiful the terrace looks and of course we know that the credit goes to Jennifer’s design and hard work.”

“Two projects have been done. The first was the removal and rebuilding of a patio including installing a drainage system for the entire back yard of our home. The second was the removal and complete reconstruction of large water feature which includes a stream, pond and water circulation system.
Work on both projects featured reliable starting when promised, expeditious carrying out of the work and excellent quality of work. We appreciated and implemented recommendations made by the owner and his project foreman which was a bonus in having Kennedy Landscaping do the work.
