“Let me start by saying I had three companies bid this project - Bella Rosa was 100% the clear choice (no doubt in my mind)! I've installed turf myself and had it installed twice by local companies in the Bay Area - I'm by no means a turf pro but am very particular and know what I like, and want (not to mention I'm meticulous and very attention to detail)! “I found Adam on a list of contractors for a drought tolerant landscaping project for my front and side yard. I interviewed several and they all provided me with a written quote however I chose Water-wise Landscaping. I wanted to be eligible for a city rebate also. His knowledge and familiarity with smart controllers installation and programming was a plus. I contracted with a landscape architect for the design and completion of the form to be given to the city to be eligible for the rebate. I chose Adam because his quote for service was thorough and easy to understand. He collaborated with the architect too. Adam was accurate in his time frame projections. He started the project on time as stated. Weather was a consideration. Communicating and confirming each step was clear. He also made sure he swept the drive way and sidewalk every day upon completion of that day's work. His completion of this project was on time per his estimated date.
