“After months of planning we lost our contractor weeks prior to renovating our kitchen and main living space. We had appliances and cabinetry purchased with set delivery dates and were in a panic - walls needed to move and beams needed to go up. Fractal Renovations was recommended as a local company by Houzz. Blake responded to our Houzz inquiry within 1 business day, and was on site reviewing our project within the week. In 14 weeks Fractal completed all demolition, installed a 22 foot beam to span the room (allowing us to remove 3 walls), added a window and exterior door, adjusted/shifted 4 interior door ways, managed all plumbing and electrical, completed all drywall work, painted all interior walls, placed new baseboard throughout the house, and received and assisted with install of appliances. “We hired Gardenworkz ten years ago to create an extensive and coordinated landscape design for a residential 1.5 acre urban property in Clyde Hill (Eastside, Seattle area). Since then, Gardenworkz has continually maintained and upgraded this design, including landscape management throughout a recent 28 month period when we built a new primary residence on the property. Now that the new home is finished and we're moved in, the next phase is to complete the landscaping surrounding the immediate house area that was affected by the construction. “We hired Rock Solid to do a fairly extensive construction and landscaping project on a new home that we were building. Some friends of our recommended Rock Solid and we were so pleased with their work that we have also recommended them to several of our friends. As part of the project, they installed an irrigation system (particularly hard given multiple levels of retaining walls they had to bore through), improved the drainage in the back yard, built a custom fire pit, installed pavers (very meticulously done to line up perfectly), and completed all of the planting. I should also add that we were having 50 guests visiting our home the night before our wedding and Wade and his team went far and above the call of duty to get the job done on a very tight timeline (literally putting on the finishing touches just a few hours before the party started). I was very impressed with their focus on quality work and high level of customer service. We also use Rock Solid for our ongoing maintenance and are very happy with their responsiveness and service.”

“My oh my where to begin with Evergreen... We had quite the project in our backyard. We had a 45 degree dip halfway through our yard and it went down 4 feet to the fence. Half our yard was unusable because of the grade. So I planned a major backyard landscaping renovation. Evergreen built a 4 ft retaining wall in a C shape that encompassed my entire yard and leveled it out completely. Then they custom built concrete and stone raised garden bed walls, installed a new and custom built fence and stained it a beautiful northwestern color at the recommendation of Ariana the owner. Then they installed an irrigation system in our front yard and backyard as well and wired outdoor lighting for our front and back yard. It looks STUNNING at night. They then designed and built a custom deck and pergola that was so sturdy the city inspector hired their deck builder to build his deck at his house. Then they designed and built a custom fountain water feature in the corner of our yard that auto fills its water catch basin when it gets too low and refills from the irrigation system. THEN I gave Ariana a blank check to buy plants and fill in the yard with rotating color blooming so we can have color all year with plants that bloom in spring, winter, fall, and summer. She did an AMAZING job at finding the perfect plants and arranging them in the perfect spots. She not only has a green thumb but a green mind. All of her recommendations and design choices were spot on and made the project that much better and unique. The level of detail and the amount of care they put in those details are unmatched by any other company I have spoken with or dealt with. There are absolutely NO corner cutting with them. They polish those corners and decorate them, and make them better than you ever thought they could be. I am confident in saying that they are hands down the best landscaping company in Whidbey Island and I am grateful I found them. They have amazing energy that makes you instant friends and you feel like you're being taken care of as one. Everyone on their team is crucial, skilled, professional, and on top of their game. HIRE THEM NOW! I also use them for regular lawn care and maintenance like pruning, weeding, mowing, and just maintaining my yard for me now that it's something worth tending to! I work alot so it's nice that after months working together I can still see them every once in a while when they come tend the yard.
