“Kevin drew up a plan to update our overgrown landscaping both front and back. He was willing to 'tweek' the plan to fit our budget and once the contract was signed, the project moved in a timely manner with a respectful crew. We are happy with our results,which in a years' time have filled in nicely. Kevin has replaced those plantings that did not survive the winter.”

“Jose and his crew did an amazing job. My wife and I decided to re-sod our yard, install a patio near our front porch and prepare beds for planting. They went above and beyond to make sure everything was done right, even repairing some shoddy work a previous contractor had put in. We are thrilled with the outcome and will be using Jose and his crew moving forward for our routine lawn maintenance moving forward. Most importantly, Jose is a good and honest man I feel I can trust. If you have any sort of yard work to be done, he is your guy!”

“Chris did an awesome job redesigning the landscaping on my new construction home. He replaced the shrubbery with beautiful new shrubs, manufactured stone border with a Japanese maple on one side and sky pencils on both sides of my garage all with black mulch. He also moved a couple of oak trees to the corners of my back yard, installed three white crape myrtle trees with border and mulch. I have the best looking years in the neighborhood and often receive compliments on the manicured look. He also maintains lawn as well every two weeks and his prices are great!!! Haul and Install is the best!!! Chris you add pictures if you like. Thanks!”

“We’ve had the pleasure of working with Landvision Designs on two different projects. A couple of years ago they did some landscaping for us and we were so happy with the outcome that we contacted them again when we decided to upgrade our patio. We were hoping for a design that blended with our existing landscape as well as with the style of our home and they totally delivered. Their designer was very flexible and most accommodating during the initial design phase and also with our last minute “own the job” changes. They have an excellent team of installers that brought our project to life. Every member of the Landvision Designs team is a professional, but they are also quite personable, which makes the disruption of construction a much better experience. Thanks to Landvision Designs we now have the outdoor living space we dreamed of. We would recommend them highly and without reservation.”

“Started lighting my town house up 2 years ago just to spread the Christmas spirit. Jimmy and his crew knew exactly what I wanted. Photos do not do it justice at all. I have white ice like lights that everyone enjoys. It has become an annual tradition on my street - we call it the lighting of the Rockefeller Tree - lol. It's still dramatic enough to us, we hang in the drive way with libations and nibbles and this starts our holidays. John normally emails with the date of delivery and tear down - glad he sets up right before Thanksgiving. Can't recall the actual costs annually - I bought my lights and keep them year round at home since I have the space but the have storage options as well. Love the work his crew does and so happy to have a fun Christmas house.”

“Mr. Currin did an outstanding job hardscaping my outdoor fireplace and spa. He offerred a fair price for the work and always showed up on time. It was pleasure working with him as he made suggestions I hadn't thought of and it really turned out better than I had envisioned. They were very professional and also cleaned everything up well. “For years I've had a drainage problem with water accumulating at the lowest point of the driveway beside the yard. It was always a muddy mess after a storm. Alliance came and assessed the situation and we agreed to have a drainbox installed with a drainpipe running along the edge of the landscaping in front of the house. The pipe was installed this way so that the lawn would not need to be dug up. The first time it rained the drainbox "floated" to the top and was sitting in a pool of water. I contacted Alliance and they came out and weighted the box down with stone and also surrounded it with stone. Since that time all is well! We've had several storms and each time the water drains away quickly. I'm very happy with the outcome.”
