I purchased the PCI inspection list book prior to my house's completion. I found it to be very comprehensive and thorough although I improvised some of it to suit my circumstances. Essentially it gives you a starting point to brainstorm and develop some of your own checklist. Great for a 1st home builder like myself. On top of that, I also emailed Brian some specific questions relating to my built which he answered diligently. Brian has been really helpful. I reckon it is the best $4 anyone 1st home builder can spend. Highly recommended.
