“Nichol Davis of LOA Studios did the photographs for my real estate listing at 143 Cumberland Drive in Lake Arrowhead, CA. She did an excellent job of photographing the outside and inside of the house. I was very peased with the photographs and so was my owner/seller client. The house sold in 3 days. My client wanted to make sure they had the photographs as they owned the house for 30 years and these photos meant a lot to them. I also used one of the photos of the front of the house to send out "Just Sold" postcards and also made mouse pads for the owners and their daughters with the house photo. Nichol has done many of my real estate listing photographs and I am always very pleased with her work. She is also very professional, always arrives on time or early, and is very personable. And she gets the photos to me usually that evening or the next morning, which keeps my business and posting the MLS photos timely.”

“As a designer the photography of your projects is so important. I have hired a few photographers in the past but was so happy when I found Brandon. He came to the shoot completely prepared with extra lighting and necessary equipment. Lighting can make or break a great shot and he pays a lot of attention to the right lighting which I appreciate. He used the latest technology as well. I was able to see the shot right away! He was also very open to trying a new angle to get the best shot and I didn't have to wait weeks to receive the images.
