“I recently completed refurnishing a master bedroom in a beautiful home on Lake Geneva, WI. We used exquisite but very subtle fabrics for the bed, drapes and furniture, in addition to a hand loomed rug from the Baharam Shabahang Collection. Unless expertly photographed, none of the scrumptious nature of the fabrics would come across in a simple photo. I knew that I needed a photographer who would be able to capture the subtle texture, pattern and tonal variations in the fabrics and rug. Victoria McHugh lived up to all my expectations; she arrived at my client's house on time, brought only the equipment she needed into the house but was totally prepared by storing anything she might have needed in her car, got right to work, made sure she understood what I was looking for and had very insightful suggestions. “I contacted Beau Meyer at Beau Meyer Photography to photograph my work at a lovely new home in southern Wisconsin. Beau promptly contacted my customer to schedule a time to go to their home. He went within 10 days after I first contacted him. Beau spent time at the home working to get the best photos that would showcase my work. As a window treatment provider, it is difficult to get good photos because of taking photos into the light....I know. I have tried...but I am an amateur. Beau is a professional. His photo work was perfect! He took many photos and provided a portfolio for me to consider. After reviewing the entire portfolio, I narrowed down my selections to 12 that would best showcase my work in the home. Thank you, Beau! I now have beautiful photos to display on my website and our social media sites. I will look forward to working with Beau on future projects.”
