Our water main pipe in front of our house broke on a Saturday afternoon and he was there right away to get the ball rolling on all the details that have to take place to remedy the issue. “This company is reliable, professional, honest and extremely knowledgeable in all aspects of plumbing and heating. They were recommended to me after another company messed something up and could not figure out how to fix it.. Allstate sent someone out to me immediately and they were able to identify the problem and take care of it right away. I have since then used them for my kitchen and bathroom remodel and boiler conversion. I will never use another company. They have 24 hour emergency service and fair prices. “Work was really impressive and professionally done. Boiler died in the weekend. I was scrambling for it to be replaced. I was without heat and hot water. I called Louis on Sunday, he showed up within two hours and gave me the right price on the spot. I could not imagine when he said, we will start the work from Monday because of your situation. I had contacted other contractors and they could only start the work from Wednesday and would not give the price for the job until Monday. I could not have ask for more. Thanks a lot Louis.”
