James made it his mission to solve the problem - his words were "i like a challenge". He turned up when he said he would, come back when he said he would, phoned back when he said he would and finally fixed the problem as he said he could. “This was the first time I had ever had a boiler fault and I was honestly scared. Luckily a friend forwarded the number to this company and the whole situation was dealt with quickly and without problems and the staff were very friendly and put me at ease by resolving the whole fault in a few minutes.
