“We decided to remodel our swimming pool. The scope of the project included demolition of the plaster , tile, and removal of all debris. Exodus Construction designed and installed a new waterfall, tiled the pool and spa, cleaned and resealed the coping, and installed mini pebble plaster in the pool and spa. As we all know, construction projects all have some challenges and I can say, without a doubt, this project not only went smoother than expected, but we were up against mother nature and the worst rainfall in LA history and Mike and his crew still finished the project ahead of schedule and on budget. When does that every happen? When we decided to build a pool and redo our entire backyard we had no idea what the new trends were and/or costs. Mike came in as a very informed and knowledgeable consultant and did not try to take advantage of us.
