“The old saying of you get what you pay for it's absolutely true for Cypress Custom Pools. They are not the least expensive pool construction company around, but I definitely believe they are the best. Over the last 10 years I have used them twice to install a pool. That alone should say something. I wouldn't spend that much money with the same company twice if I didn't believe in their product. This is our third pool to put in. The first one was with another company that was just okay. As I mentioned I have used this company twice since 2007 and would do it a third time too. Their attention to detail, use of quality material, and focus on the customer is beyond outstanding. Their customer service is some of the best I have ever experienced. (and I know exceptional customer service, because I make my living improving customer service) On several occasion they have helped me out on things that should have been outside of normal service or warranty. Most recently I was having a problem and it was 3:30 PM on a Friday before a holiday. Brian, the owner took the time to call me while he was driving between Austin and Houston and walk me through the steps I need to take to resolve the problem. He then followed up with me again later that night to make sure that everything was working. In summary, I will always recommend this company to anyone needing a pool construction company!”
