Since the pool was completed, I've contacted him on several occasions, including evenings and weekends, to ensure we are satisfactorily maintaining the pool......remember, this is our very first pool. Each time he patiently and enthusiastically answered all our questions, never making us feel we were intruding or wasting his time.
