“We met Lorenzo after deciding we wanted to put a pool in our backyard. Lorenzo was prompt in showing up to go over all of our options when it came to pool design, size and placement. His expertise was evident and we ended up adopting a number of his recommendations based on his experience and at job completion we were happy we did. Lorenzo’s follow up with us has also been spot on. He is all about customer service! On top of all this, Lorenzo is just a really nice guy to deal with. “I worked with BC Pools for an in-ground pool project and I was very pleased with the professionalism that they have deployed at each stage of the project. They walked me through everything that needed my involvement, educate me on challenges they were facing and we were able to pass these with ease. The end-result is fabulous and makes all my neighbours green with envy.
