Matthew has an excellent spirit, which we noticed right from the start and all the way through the project. We had done some contractor shopping and when they had come to look at our home, they took the time to offer a number of ideas and options and you could see they cared about us and our home and not just getting the job. They provide professional design services and take the time to step back and have a bigger vision while still offering flexibility for what works for the client. They are great listeners, patient, thinkers, and creative in the decision process, with a vast amount of experience both in design and what is durable and cost effective. And the cost for the beautiful landscaping that the Horvath team creates is competitive with contractors that don’t have the same high level of quality and design. “After completing the build of our country home we realized with a very large yard we could entertain the thought of putting in a pool. We had never been pool owners when living in the city and felt we would like to enhance our family leisure time. Pioneer Pools was recommended to us by a family friend who had wonderful experience with service over the years of being a pool owner. The sales staff was very knowledgeable regarding our needs of installing a basic above ground pool to ensure we were indeed a pool loving family. The maintenance and service of the pool has been minimal and easily maintained through the Pioneer store front location. The friendly, helpful staff complete regular water sample tests and suggest the proper maintenance care available within the store. After 4 years of enjoying our pool we are planning to complete our backyard design with an inground pool from Pioneer Pools. Last spring we purchased an 8 seat Hot Springs Hot Tub from Pioneer Pools and it has added much enjoyment to our family. Knowledge of the product, installation and service has been consistent with what we experienced with the pool. Our experience with Pioneer Family Pools has been courteous, reliable and professional employees on a consistent basis over the years. It has been wonderful to work with a local family business!!”

They worked within the budget that we set forth and well within the time frame required. The workmanship is outstanding and we couldn't be happier. “Our 1970's pool had served us well. The decision to renovate or fill in had to be made. We decided to renovate and discussed our plans with two companies. The initial meeting with Bremner Pool helped us decide that they were capable of doing our project . The crew from Bremner were professional and kept us informed throughout the process. There were a couple of one day delays due to weather, conditions but from our perspective , we went from tired to brand new in less than 6 weeks, including closing the pool for the winter. There were no moments that the project was on hold for unknown reasons. Very, very reliable crews who had the experience to complete our project on time and on budget. Our access to backyard was less than 4' and the equipment to break up old cement deck was not an issue. A truly no hassle experience !! Cannot argue with the results in the finished photo.”
