“Our project was a little tricky, since Patio Pools had to access the back yard of our 1953 bungalow through the carport. They used smaller equipment suited to our site and there was a little damage to some of the trees, but considering the space they had to work with, they did a great job keeping damage to a minimum. The project actually was finished 2 weeks earlier than promised and on budget. Everyone was very professional and arrived when they said they would. The foreman was a delight to work with and listened to any concerns we had during construction. We were very happy with the entire process and especially appreciated that on the first visit the representative was able to discuss with us the the exact location of the lap pool on our property by using his computer. I wanted the pool deck to be at the same height as the floor inside the house to create a seamless transition and I was impressed by how well this was executed. To save money, my husband built the "trex" deck himself after the pool was completed. We were a little apprehensive about the height issue, but it came out just right when the deck was installed. Also, as the before and after photos show, I was able to install the landscaping myself without having lost any of the original plants present before construction started. The pool is super low maintenance, just as promised. It's self cleaning and has salt water technology which makes the water feel silky soft. The Pebble Tech surface is nice and non-slippery on the feet and gives the water a beautiful color. The automatic pool cover is wonderful and much less offensive in our small back yard than a fence would have been. It keeps debris from the tree above out of the water and makes the yard safe for kids. After a portion of the concrete pool surround was damaged during construction, Patio demolished the section and reinstalled it without any fuss. When there was an issue after about two and a half years with a part that wore out, Patio honored their guarantee and fixed the problem in a timely and friendly manner.”
